Campbell, the finance man even gave some reeses cups to my kids (they didn't have time to trick or treat because was the hallowen night). This is the place to by a good vehicle and I'll definetly reccomend this place. I got a new car with 10 years or 100k warranty, water proof seats, great space inside but most importantly safe for my family . Jon & Shane were excellent!!!! I'm a first time Cadillac owner. I didn't purchase my Cadillac from a Cadillac dealer but I had to take my car in for a service problem that was cover I'm a first time Cadillac owner. I didn't purchase my Cadillac from a Cadillac dealer but I had to take my car in for a service problem that was covered under warranty. It wasn't until then that I fully became aware of the Cadillac "experience." John Reed was the first person I met when I came in. He directed me to the service desk where I was helped by Shane Ancona. Shane took excellent care of me and set me up with an appointment at a later date next month. I told him that I needed help understanding the technology of the vehicle and was directed back to John. John spent roughly 45 minutes going over everything the car had to offer from the navigation system to connecting me with Onstar. He went above and beyond to help me understand my car. I truly know what he means now by the Cadillac "experience." I wish I could clone John! More
