Long Waiting Period My only problem with service on December 5, 2016 was the 4-1/2 hours I sat in the waiting room while my 2014 Kia Sorrento had work done under warranty My only problem with service on December 5, 2016 was the 4-1/2 hours I sat in the waiting room while my 2014 Kia Sorrento had work done under warranty. The young lady who welcomed me was very nice, as was a gentleman apparently in charge of the service area. He apologized for my long wait and told me that he would have been glad to take me home earlier. My car had an oil pan leak that had to be sealed, which led to the delay. I would much rather had left the car and even walked to the dealership to pick it up. More

Horrible!! I was given an offer by a salesman at this dealership and told the car I was purchasing would be there at my appointment time. After getting the "run I was given an offer by a salesman at this dealership and told the car I was purchasing would be there at my appointment time. After getting the "run around" for four hours regarding where the car was, where it was coming from and when it would be there, I was told by the sales manager that he was not honoring the offer his salesman gave me in an email. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car and would never consider giving them my business again. The next day, a salesman contacted me. After attempting to persuade me to still purchase the car he informed me "I needed to take some responsibility for what had happened because I went with the wrong salesman." Poor communication, customer service and overall a poor dealership. I purchased my car from Kings Kia and had an excellent experience. More
My first car buying experience - Great!!! Jacob Miles was great, no pressure, showed me cars in my price range in other Jef Wyler and told me he can arrange for test drive the next day. I visited several dealerships on the day I bought my new car. None could hold a candle to the service I received at Jeff Wyler Cadillac. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.
