Terrible. Just terrible. With the purchase of a new car Terrible. Just terrible. With the purchase of a new car from this dealership, I was promised lifetime access to their carwash. Low and behold, about Terrible. Just terrible. With the purchase of a new car from this dealership, I was promised lifetime access to their carwash. Low and behold, about 1.5 years after purchasing the car, the carwash closed FOREVER. This dealer no longer offers free local shuttle while you're having your car worked on...another great benefit that is no longer available. When your KIA has FIVE RECALLS and you need to take it in constantly, getting a ride or waiting for hours gets old real quick. While I still love my KIA, I do NOT recommend this dealer and will never make a purchase from them again. More

Speaking from someone who has worked in the car sales business for over 6 years and my husband for over 8, I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service and the amazing deal we got at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. Now don’t get me wrong, just like any place, there’s always pros & cons. But the only con was that they were extremely short staffed. Now again, knowing the car business & what a predicament that can put a dealership in, I will say they handled it extremely well. I mean EXTREMELY well. Did we have to wait a little longer for finance? yes…but that’s expected in that situation. You should always a lot an entire day to buying a car anyways, because it’s a long process by itself even if everything runs smoothly without a hitch. But what blew me away the most??? The deal we got!!! My best friend flew all the way out here from Florida to up here in Ohio because Florida charges over $895 with no maximum on their document fees alone, where in Ohio it’s only a $250 fee. And she’s on disability with a fixed income, and it took her 9 months of eating ramen noodles to save up just short of $9k before her 1983 Lincoln finally bit the dust and she had to get a new car. So I bought her a plane ticket for her birthday and spent the entire day before she arrived calling around getting prices and seeing what dealerships had what cars, and wouldn’t play any car guy games with us. This was a once in a lifetime experience and I wanted to make sure she got her money’s worth at the least. So we drove all the way to Fairfield Ohio from Dayton Ohio, because out of the 100’s of dealerships I spoke with the day prior and sent Internet leads to, Jeff Wyler’s staff were the ONLY ones who kept it straight with me. But then when we got there, the car we were trying to get had already sold, and my heart absolutely broke for her. I was going to take her across the street and see if Performance had anything as a last ditch effort before we drove the 45 minutes back to my house, but before I even got the chance to, the manager found something special they had in the back lot that she fell in love with. And even though I know was probably the biggest pain in the butt third base coach ever (Cause I love my friend and wanted to make sure she got something that she could drive back to Florida in that I wouldn’t have to worry about her breaking down in.) they still made that deal happen. A deal that I even know should of never happened, but they did it. Like went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They gave my best friend, someone who’s been through more bad things, health problems, surgeries, and just string of bad luck then I think any one person could ever handle; an amazing experience but even more importantly an amazing car that she’s absolutely in love with. I’ve never seen her more proud and happy. So from the very bottom of my heart, I want to thank Travis, Miguel and Pat for being Michelle’s fairy god car salesmen and making her Cinderella story have a happy ending. You’re truly the good guys still left in this world, and we need more dealerships like yours in the world we live in today. So if you need a good dependable car, competitive pricing but don’t want the car guy games; this is the place folks. Look no further. Or if you’re like me and picky where your hard earned money goes, and only want it going to the good guys who truly mean well and so good on this earth; this is DEFINITELY the place. More
We found a car on the Jeff Wyler Fairfield web site that seemed to be good fit for our son. On April 26, 2021, I verified its availability on the dealer web site and immediately drove 30+ miles to the deale seemed to be good fit for our son. On April 26, 2021, I verified its availability on the dealer web site and immediately drove 30+ miles to the dealership to see it in person. As we started to enter the dealership I realized I had left my mask in my car. My son entered while I returned to my car to retrieve my mask. After I entered the dealership I discovered the salesperson had already photocopied my son’s driver’s license before showing us any car, and then we were told the car was not in the system and “must have been sold.” I found the car on the web site using my phone and showed it to the salesperson, who had no response other than it “must have been sold.” As we left I had the feeling the salesperson simply did not want to be bothered by a young adult despite my being with him and our being fully prepared to pay cash for the car. On April 27 the car was still on the web site and its price had increased. I called the dealership to verify the car was available. I was told it was available, and I left my number and asked to be contacted by a sales manager. None ever called. I called again early in the day on April 28 and left a voicemail, but no one ever returned my call. Perhaps the salesperson simply made a mistake when telling us the car was not available April 26, perhaps the dealership was too busy for anyone to return my call on April 27, and perhaps no one actually retrieved the voice mail I left on April 28. I would dismiss any of one of these occurrences in isolation, but in my opinion, together they represent three strikes against Jeff Wyler Fairfield. I recommend other prospective buyers consider my experience and be careful when interacting with this dealership. More
FRUSTRATING!!! I live in Wisconsin and wanted to purchase through their On-line website and pick up the vehicle this weekend, but they would NOT let me. Miguel had no excuse for me, other then, "Our dealersh through their On-line website and pick up the vehicle this weekend, but they would NOT let me. Miguel had no excuse for me, other then, "Our dealership is in very high demand right now"... REALLY? Apparently my money is no good there. Really should treat all potential buyers equally. More

I am not pleased with my service I don’t like the way I am being treated how do you call yourself an auto dealership but you don’t have no courtesy cars to give people for having a car service that is very am being treated how do you call yourself an auto dealership but you don’t have no courtesy cars to give people for having a car service that is very unprofessional buying a car is a very big and expensive investment you’re waiting on a big company to give me the go ahead to put an engine in a car I’m very disappointed I If you are having work done on your car at Jeff Wyler Kia I suggest that you don’t go go somewhere else where they can give you a courtesy car while you wait for your car Some of us need to go to work More
Zero Stars. Posted one price on CarFax and then increased the price on their website. Plus added another $995 for cleaning fees and other nonsense. BUYERS BEWARE - They use Bait and Switch tactics to lure yo the price on their website. Plus added another $995 for cleaning fees and other nonsense. BUYERS BEWARE - They use Bait and Switch tactics to lure you in. We had our credit union and insurance all set up to purchase the vehicle. We spoke to William, Tony, and Nick. AWFUL service. We were willing to travel over 200 miles to purchase the vehicle but they would not issue a PO to our credit union with the total price due to them increasing the price from one day to the next and adding the $995.
