I originally leased from this location and had nothing but great service. Not this time. I walked out knowing I wasn't getting anywhere. I stopped at another dealership and still didn't feel satisfied. So, one last attempt and I ended up at Nissan Fairfield where I was greeted by Chris Patton. From there it was a few minutes working figures and before I knew it I was driving away in a well equipped Nissan. When you can sit around, watch some football over a cup of coffee and chat up the rest of the gang, you know you're in the right place. Thanks guys!! More

Cedric was the biggest joke of a manager I have ever talked with. Good luck but my advice is to look else wear for a vehicle. More

My old vehicle finally reached the point it was not economical to repair on Dec 23rd and I started looking for a new vehicle. After a lot of research with Consumer Reports car buying service, we chose the 2017 Nissan Maxima. Jeff Wyler Nissan was the only dealer in 100 miles that had all the options I wanted on the vehicle. I contacted them by email and was really happy to negotiate the price by email on Dec 24th. Throughout the negotiation, I never felt pressured to buy the car quickly. I felt Tania Hatter, the sales manager I worked with, was fair in her negotiations and we received a very competitive price on the Maxima. When we reached our agreement, the dealership was already closed but the entire sales and finance staff stayed late into the evening so we could purchase the car. They have been patient and supportive throughout the entire buying process. Cole Griffin, our sales consultant, was very a knowledgeable sales consultant and spent considerable time demonstrating the car’s features that made me feel well prepared to drive the Maxima home. His easygoing manner and obvious enthusiasm for the Nissan line made it an enjoyable experience to purchase the car from the Jeff Wyler dealership. When learning that I was a high school teacher with a "Star Wars" classroom, he gave me the "Storm Trooper" you see in the picture for my classroom. Amazing! I would highly recommend the Jeff Wyler dealership in Fairfield Ohio. It is worth the drive if you are purchasing a Nissan, Cadillac or Kia. More

My unfortunate experience It started a few months ago the first time I stopped in at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus. I met with a young saleswoman who took down my contact information and search criteria. Over the course of the following months she called me numerous times wherein I had to provide her again with all of my search criteria each time she called. This persisted until her employment with Jeff Wyler was terminated at which time my contact information was provided to a new salesman who proceeded with the same actions. Time went by and he would call occasionally, and as it was with the previous sales person, each time I would have to provide him over and again with the features for which I was searching in a vehicle. Again, the salesperson's employment with Jeff Wyler was terminated and my contact information passed on to the next new hire. Luckily (or so I thought), there was one vehicle on the lot I was moderately interested in when Brent (the new salesman) called on the morning of December 10th. We set an appointment for the following Monday at 9 AM, and Brent sent me an email confirming the appointment date and time. I continued to search through vehicles on the Jeff Wyler website and happened to find another vehicle at the Jeff Wyler Fairfield location I was also interested in. I called Jeff Wyler of Columbus to tell Brent about the vehicle and see if it would be possible to get it moved up to the Columbus location before our appointment. Brent was unavailable so I was sent to a voicemail system where I proceeded to leave a message. After hanging up I decided to respond to the appointment confirmation email Brent sent with my request of having the other vehicle brought up; I included a description as well as screen shots to show exactly which vehicle. I did not receive a response to either the voicemail or the email. 9 AM Monday rolls around and I find myself standing in the empty office of the Used Car department of Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus. After waiting a few minutes and spouting off the occasional and gradually increasing in volume "Hello?" a gentleman emerges from a back room. Surprised to see me, he asks "Can I help you with something?" I respond with "Yes, and good morning. I have a 9 AM appointment with Brent." The gentleman answers, "Brent? I don't know of anyone here named Brent. Anyway, all the sales reps are in a meeting in the main building until 9:30." So, as you could imagine I decided to leave. However, I took the day off of work to look at potential vehicles to buy so my search continued. Just before 10 AM who would be calling but Brent. He said he received my email and asked when I might be able to come in. I explained to him I was no longer interested after being brushed off earlier. Brent then proceeded to argue with me that we didn't have an appointment, said he doesn't have access to a voicemail inbox so he never got that message and asked who set me up with that appointment. This continued until I pointed out to him the email he was calling about was in response to the appointment confirmation email he sent. He then went on to say I would need to go online and put in a credit application and request to have the vehicle moved up to the Columbus location. I declined and continued on to a couple other dealerships. Still, I was interested in that one vehicle so I stopped back in spoke with another salesperson. I told her the whole story (she also didn't know who Brent was), but said she would work on putting in a request to get the vehicle moved up for me to look at. Hours passed without any response. On my way to look at another SUV I decided to call the Jeff Wyler Fairfield dealership to see if they still had the vehicle on the lot. I spoke to a manager (as I was told all the salespeople were in an all-day training session) who confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot. He also confirmed they had not received any contact from the Columbus dealership regarding relocating the vehicle. So, on my way I went. I drove an hour and forty minutes to look at the SUV. After some discussion, and although I knew my trade-in was being undervalued, I decided to buy the vehicle even though it wasn't 100% what I had been looking for because I thought it was a good deal. We proceeded to complete all of the paperwork while I was told they were going to "clean the vehicle up and get it ready for me to take home." What cleaning it up and getting it ready actually consisted of other than putting down paper floor mats on the front floor boards and possibly washing the windshield is a mystery to me. Because each of the tires were 10-13 lbs. under inflated, the vehicle was in need of an oil change, and the next morning when I saw the truck in daylight I realized the inside was filthy. There were splash marks of some sticky substance throughout the dashboard area, trash in the center console, and crumbs/debris scattered all through the vehicle (including a half-eaten cookie wedged in the front passenger seat). But all of that was unbeknown to me because it was dark outside, so when we finished the paperwork I was handed 1 key (though the salesperson did say he was putting in an order for a second and the missing manual after I asked about them) and headed home. Three days later I get a call from Brent asking me (in a very unprofessional tone) if I ever found a vehicle. I responded that I did purchase a vehicle on Monday. Brent's response? 7 seconds of awkward silence before just hanging up the phone. A few days later, almost a week after I had brought the vehicle home, I received an email asking me to sign the attached form and send it back. The attached document was the CREDIT APPLICATION! A blank one? Nope, sure wasn't. I was sent, through regular, unencrypted email, a document with my full name, social security number, home address, work address and salary information, and then asked to sign it and send it back because the office lost the one (with all of the same personal and sensitive information) I signed the day I was there! Then to top it all off I notice a chip in the windshield which I later came to find out was there when I purchased the vehicle. I guess that one is partially on me for not noticing it, but that and the overall experience certainly taught me a couple lessons. Don't buy a vehicle at night if you haven't already seen it in daylight, and do not buy a vehicle from any Jeff Wyler dealership regardless of the time of day. More
