Wyler should be ashamed to have his name on this building I recently purchased a brand new Kia from Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated horribly. I was greeted by I recently purchased a brand new Kia from Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated horribly. I was greeted by a rude comment and immediately asked for a different salesman. After a 6 hour day spent at Kia waiting for finance, only to have a man who had absolutely no idea what he was doing with my paperwork, I was off with my new car. The next day it wouldn't start (yes, my brand new car would not freaking start!) and it needed to be serviced. It was nearly impossible to have an appointment scheduled with the service department. Knowing I was frustrated, my salesman called me just to berate me, saying my request was impossible. I'veneer had a salesman yell at me and disrespect me in such a way!! Unbelievable! I went up to Kia with every intention of turning in the car and taking my business elsewhere. However, I was greeted by multiple salesmen and a sales manager who promised to make things right. SPOILER ALERT: THEY FAILED. They kept my car that evening for service as well as some after market additions. It has been over 2 weeks and I STILL don't have my car. I've spent the last 3 days calling the dealership and sales managers to get an update only to be given the run-around. No one will return my calls and one sales manager even had the audacity to hang up on me. If you're still reading this, thanks for reading my rant. Point being, do not buy a car here. Stay as far away as you possibly can and take your business to people who have a sense of customer service and respect. You will be much better off, trust me! More
Oil Change at Jeff Wyler Erin was awesome. She was not only friendly but super knowledgeable; I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like she was a friend explaining the detail Erin was awesome. Although, I was just in to get my car serviced, the sales guy was super friendly. He greeted me, smiled and asked if I needed anything while I waited. He was so friendly, I was tempted to take a new Pathfinder for a test drive. More

Fair and Eager to please I had a 2016 Rogue SL AWD with Premium Package on it. Enjoyed driving the car, the great gas mileage, the navigation system, etc., but lamented not b I had a 2016 Rogue SL AWD with Premium Package on it. Enjoyed driving the car, the great gas mileage, the navigation system, etc., but lamented not being able to get features I really wanted - like remote start, kick liftgate, etc. These options were not available to even order them on the 2016. But I liked my Rogue well enough that when my two sisters needed a new car (both at the same time, as it turns out) I convinced them to buy a Rogue as well. My younger sister bought hers first and after test driving both the 2016 & 2017 Rogue SL's, decided the 2017 was the better car and was going to buy that one. THEN, she got a 20% off coupon in the mail for any car from Jeff Wyler Fairfield which lowered what she paid for her car by well over $7000 - (say Whaaat?!) - and the dealership honored the discount coupon with NO squabbles or hassles. I met her at the dealership, and after seeing the 2017 Rogue - and how Nissan REALLY beefed it up - I ended up trading mine in for one. The new 2017 Rogue SL AWD with Platinum Package is The Bomb! These are the features of the 2017 that the 2016 did not have: It's got a smoother ride (thanks to a larger 19" wheel base), a quieter ride - much less in cabin noise, has remote start, kick liftgate, Memory driver seat, heated steering wheel (Thank you, God!), lane departure, headlight assist (turns high beams on for you and dims them when a car approaches) and intelligent Cruise Control and there is an overhead light in the way-back that comes standard. My younger sister and I brought our older sister to the dealership and she bought a 2017 Rogue as well that same day - and the dealership gave all 3 of us the same 20% off! Feature for feature.....and dollar for dollar.....you can't beat the Rogue for the price! I priced it out and Honda, Subaru, Mazda nor Toyota had a like model loaded to the gills for the same money as the 2017 Rogue. Andrei was our salesman and he probably deserves a medal for selling three sisters a car. Cedric stepped in and went to bat for me to get my car deal where I needed it to be, was very gracious and fair. Selwyn was the finance man and took the time to explain everything in detail. I would willingly go back to this dealership to buy another car. 😝👍 More
