Keeping our Rondo running in great shape. Brought my wife's car in for an alignment and to find the source of an intermittent vibration. Great service department, found the vibration - internal tire belt separation on a front tire. Got the four wheel alignment done, replaced a burned out marker light, replaced two tires, replaced the cabin air filter and got me out of there in less than three hours. Thank you. I purchased three additional KIA oil filters - I do my own oil changes, oil filters and air filters - as cars get so much computer technology that is about all I can still do myself - full synthetic every 3000 - to 3500 miles. This is s great car. Good mileage - usually about 30 mpg when I am easing along under the speed limit. The V-6 is a strong engine and the car is very comfortable to ride. I have a lot of arthritis in my back and have trouble getting into and out of most newer cars. Rondo door opening is just right - I can slip in and out without dislodging my hat. We purchased two Rondos - one for us and one for a daughter . Wish Kia still imported them. Thank you for all your considerate people. More

Service department excellents by Mark Beyer Mark Beyer a member of the service department was able to get the repairs necessary for my 2013 optima SXL. Due to the distance to this dealership I Mark Beyer a member of the service department was able to get the repairs necessary for my 2013 optima SXL. Due to the distance to this dealership I went to another dealership and they made very little effort to repair the problem. The problem was the chrome rims, were flaking off and were ruined. The other dealership stated there was nothing they could do. Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissian Dealership call me out of the blue and asked me how my Kia was doing Note: this is were I bought my vehicle. I stated I had trouble with my chrome rims flaking off, they stated they would have service call me. Very shortly after Mark Beyer called me and had me come immediately to the dealership, he photographed the problem, filled out the necessary paper work and stated he would call me back when he found out how to fix the problem. Mark Beyer called me back promptly stated new rims were approved, He let me Know they were in and scheduled the repairs the next day. During my contact with him he was professional, knowledgeable and followed up by making sure everything was done correct. Mark Beyer should be commended for his work. (Employee of the mouth or year for that matter.) More

They do not care! I have had issues with my car since the day I bought it. They had me in a loaner vehicle for 2 months waiting on my car to be repaired. When I got it I have had issues with my car since the day I bought it. They had me in a loaner vehicle for 2 months waiting on my car to be repaired. When I got it back, I continued to have issues with it and still continue to have issues with it. They keep telling me there is NOTHING they can do to help! Really?! So I would never refer anyone here or go here again! First time financing a vehicle and it's been the worst experience of my life! More
