Worthless Service Dept Bought a 2015 from this dealer in 2016. Went for the first oil change and got 5 or 6 miles down the road and the oil light started dinging. Pulled ove Bought a 2015 from this dealer in 2016. Went for the first oil change and got 5 or 6 miles down the road and the oil light started dinging. Pulled over looked under the vehicle and oil was pouring out. Called the dealer and they towed it in and made what I thought was a repair, Noticed a few oil spots here and there but seem to be ok. Most recently check engine came on, scheduled an appointment, told them to fix that and go ahead and do another oil change. Check engine code was for a faulty oil pressure sensor. but it took 3 days to find this out after calling the dealer 5 times. And to top it off the first 2 times I called they had no idea where my vehicle was. Bottom line they said they were not qualified to make the repairs. I picked my vehicle up and took it to another dealer. Oh and wylers never changed my oil as well. The new dealer I took my vehicle to fixed my problem and changed my oil. then they told me when the oil is changed you have to replace a gasket. They told me that it looks as if it had NEVER been changed and most likely caused the problem. Bought a warranty with Wylers but I am out the money with the 2nd dealer. No more business for me. Lastly one of their own employees told me that they would never use the Wyler Service Dept. More
Made It Happened! I went to Cadillac's Service Department because I had an appointment for my 2015 SRX, and I left Cadillac with a 2017 XT5 with a monthly car note le I went to Cadillac's Service Department because I had an appointment for my 2015 SRX, and I left Cadillac with a 2017 XT5 with a monthly car note less than my 2015's. John Reed made that happen! He stayed with me, worked out payments together, and we reached an agreed upon monthly note. In addition, I have found that the entire staff--from the service department to management--are friendly, customer-roiented, while also being professional. This professionalization is maginified in the care, attention, and focus that Mr. Reed paid to me. Along the way, he made comments about me that made me realize that his job is more than selling cars. His job is selling cars by seeking to understand who his customer is. He's like the Confucius Salesman at Wyler. This is my third cadillac through Mr. Reed, and each time he surprised more the previous period. I highly recommend Mr. Reed if you are serious or even not serious in looking for a financial solution leading to a 2017 vehicle.! More

Horrible I went in 3 different times. The first time, I was told I would receive a phone call and never heard so I went in. The next guy proceeded to tell me I I went in 3 different times. The first time, I was told I would receive a phone call and never heard so I went in. The next guy proceeded to tell me I was approved with zero down, all I needed was car insurance. I left, found some insurance came back the next day, and was told I was no longer approved. The salesman named tony, called me a cry baby, and was extremely rude to me and my cosigner. You don't treat a customer that way. I will never be back or recommend anyone to them. That was a horrible experience. More

Freaking amazing! Today was the best day of my life besides the day I was married. I came in initially to get my passenger light fixed while waiting, I was greeted by the store manager in the show room and her response was who want to not make a car not until May and she could get me into a 2017 Nissan Rogue my car was a 2013 love my 2013 but who don't want a newer model. Long story short I test drove a 2017 Rogue, can you say I LOVED IT. Went to pick up my husband from home he also liked the way it road. My sales consultant was Christopher M Patton, Sr he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also showed us how to work the apps on the vehicle so the over our experience at Nissan today was wonderful great awesome and so was Christopher. Thank you sincerely Jai & Yolonda Parks.
