I’m not one to write a review, but I am EXTREMELY upset with our experience at Jeff Wyler Kia this past weekend. We went to look at tellurides and ended up test driving a sorento. We loved it, and wanted t with our experience at Jeff Wyler Kia this past weekend. We went to look at tellurides and ended up test driving a sorento. We loved it, and wanted to get some numbers from Corey. Next thing we know, he has us signing papers to check our credit which counts as an inquiry and dings your credit. Once I realized what was happening, I asked him not to run our credit, but just give us some general numbers like we had asked and like the other dealerships we had visited were able to do without dinging our credit. He said no problem and that he wouldn’t run it. When he came back with the numbers, I specifically checked again and said you didn’t run our credit correct? He COMPLETELY lied to my face and told me no. The numbers were higher than we wanted to spend so we left. (Not to mention at this point I didn’t trust this dealership) SURE ENOUGH, an hour later i get a notification that they ran our credit resulting in a hit to mine and my husbands credit scores. I would never do business with this dealership and certainly would not trust them with the purchase of a new car. More

Dropped the car off at 8 am Chris said we will call you once we have the repair estimate. I never received a phone call, and by 2 PM I started Calling to get a response back and no answer. A young lady would answer the phone and say I will transfer you then nothing. I ended up calling at least 5 times in which leaving VM as well as leaving the service manager a VM and no response. I had to make a visit to the dealer before closing, to find the car sitting outside. On a side note had to talk to the technician after noticing a hanging wire from under the steering column that he had to attach back where it belongs and mentioned that the car has been looked at before 1 PM. (Adrian) the technician apologized on behalf of the SERVICE ADVISOR that didn’t even bother apologizing or justifying the poor communication even though it’s not the technicians fault. Poor customer service, I will definitely recommend not dealing with their service department, specially the service advisor Chris Barrow as he was unprofessional to start with. Despite the fact walking in at the morning he’s sitting at his desk eating breakfast while talking with everyone around and I am the only customer standing there then started acknowledging my presence. Bill for $237.00 for nothing. More

My mother had a car part (cooling fans) need of replacement and they made it seem like they were giving her a deal. The guy who was helping her, said “hey, since I saved you $100, you should get your tire replaced!” and was quoted around $300. Mind you, my mother is terminally ill, and needs transportation to go to her doctors to get life saving medication. She went there to pick up her car today and they said “YOUR TOTAL IS $1,300” she was dumbfounded. She was under the impression, by the sales team, that she would have to pay around $300 or so. ALSO KEEP IN MIND IT TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS TO GET THAT CAR PART IN! Now she’s devastated, has to find money that she doesn’t have because she was conned believing that she would only have to pay what was quoted to her. DO NOT GO HERE. As someone who once lived in Fairfield, this place is trash and so are the employees. If this is not remedied, I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. More
We will never do business with this or any of their dealerships again. We went up to this dealership to exclusively look at a used Certified Cadillac. Brian was nice and polite and introduced himself dealerships again. We went up to this dealership to exclusively look at a used Certified Cadillac. Brian was nice and polite and introduced himself from the beginning. Once we started talking numbers, that's when everything changed. The price of the vehicle was stated on their website "Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Cadillac for one price. Once we sat down, they came out with the price and then tried to say for it to be certified, it was an additional $3,900 +, $899 additional for the Pulse added (only cost about $25) and then additional accessory fees. This totally sent us in a different direction. We were lied to up front on this price and by the time we were done, they had already came down to $31,000 and still said it was certified trying to get us to purchase this vehicle. When we asked about this dishonesty about the pricing, they said they had to pay for the certification. That's all well and good, but be honest with us up front. Do your research before going and/or dealing with this dealership. Very dishonest dealership. More

DO NOT buy from this dealership. I was sold a used car with undisclosed liens on it and have had my calls ignored for weeks when trying to resolve this issue. I wish I would have walked out of the door a with undisclosed liens on it and have had my calls ignored for weeks when trying to resolve this issue. I wish I would have walked out of the door after the patronizing salespeople insisted on up-charging for services that they very clearly never performed on the vehicle - but alas I was desperate for a car. 0/10 never again.
