You The Man John!! John Reed is the definition of customer service. For starters I went in the dealer soon as I walked in he greated me with a smile and "Welcome to Jeff John Reed is the definition of customer service. For starters I went in the dealer soon as I walked in he greated me with a smile and "Welcome to Jeff Wyler Cadillac how can I help you" in my head I'm already doubtful thinking it's a waste of my time I don't have any credit history to get a car from a dealership like this. After we sat down start talking sometimes playing john said "it's not to bad just because you dont have any credit doesn't mean you have bad credit it just mean you haven't established any yet" I was still thinking yea yea I've been down this road in order for me to get a car I would need a huge down payment of about $4000 at the least to get a car. John told me in his own words before doing ANY paperwork "I DONT CARE WHAT I HAVE TO DO YOU LEAVING OUT HERE WITH A CAR TODAY" and I did just that a 2017 might I add with less than $2000 downpaymemt . There's a time for business and there's a time for play and he played both roles great. One of thee funniest men I know. I can't thank john enough for everything he had to go through to get me in my car and I love it. Few weeks later someone hit my car totalled it. I went back to JEFF WYLER to get another car. Knowing anyone in the building could simply put me into another car I went directly to John because I know how he work and that same day I was in another 2017 only a different color and better features. This guy goes over and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend him. He was so funny I stop in just to say hi sometimes. The energy he gives off is amazing!!
