Chet and his managers did a great job of working with us both on the price of our new car and the trade value of our old car, and even went the extra mile to help us locate the model we wanted with the opti both on the price of our new car and the trade value of our old car, and even went the extra mile to help us locate the model we wanted with the options we wanted, even though it ended up being all the way down in North Carolina. Not an easy task, as we had very specific needs, and we're at the end of the model year. The only slight gripe I had with the process was that it was very expensive to get the car from NC, but I don't blame Chet or Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan for that. More

I had been waiting for the Rogue to come out and as soon as it did I stopped in to see Eric McClure since I had purchased my Maxima through him a few years ago. Eric connected me with Shane Wilson and between the two of them we came to a quick and painless agreement on the price for the Rogue and my wife and I left completely satisfied. To date, I've purchased my last three cars from Jeff Wyler in Fairfield and I would highly recommend this dealership, and both Eric and Shane to anyone looking for a pleasant experience when buying a new car. I'm skeptic about dealerships & their service, having had some rather bad experiences: lousy service after the purchase, being lied to, treated like I'm stupid. My son and daughter-in-law bought their car from here and they really liked their experience. You have to understand that he had walked out of another dealership earlier in the day because of how they talked down to him. So he recommended them and I did not have any of those feelings with this place that I had with my last vehicle purchase. They worked with me, even with my current financial situation. I wasn't made to feel inferior because my finances hit a bump in the road. Let's work together - that is their attitude. So I buy the car on Friday night. On Tuesday morning I had a blowout on the way to work. First I find out the roadside service is great. I called my salesman when I got to work who put me in touch with the service department who told me to bring my car in - they didn't want me to have any problems after having just bought it. (So this is great: sales works in tandem with service! Not like my last experience, at all.) They replaced my tire and didn't charge me for it. It wasn't their fault I had a flat tire - I ran over something. Any other dealership I've dealt with over the years would have told me, Sorry about your luck, give me $100, I'll give you a new tire. Not this place. They truly understand that good customer service brings repeat business and great referrals. I have had nothing but glowing remarks regarding my experience with them. Should I want a different vehicle down the road, I'll go back to them. And I love driving my car! More
My wife and I were out furniture shopping on a nice Saturday afternoon when we noticed our daughter had fallen asleep in the backseat. We both knew it would be the perfect time to look at all the new vehicles out from the luxury car companies. Our leased vehicle wasn't due to be turned in for another six months but we always love to look at what's new. After exploring for an hour and being told that nobody could get us out of a lease that early, we pulled into the Cadillac dealer to look at the new CTS and Escalade models. After only a few minutes of browsing and test driving, we found ourselves sitting in the sales manger office discussing how we could go home that night with a $75,000 Escalade. The salesman, sales manager, and financing manager were all straight forward and eager to answer any and all questions that we asked about our purchase. This is the first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership and now know where to go in the future. More
I went in to see a specific type of car and had a lot of stipulations (color, fabric, options). The friendly and patient service provided by Jeramy was very refreshing. I went in to purchase a new vehicle for my wife but the perfect vehicle for her turned out to be a used vehicle that was part of their trade-back process. The vehicle was cleaned and was in nearly brand new shape. We are very satisfied to date and expect to remain that way. I recently went back to the dealership and was greeted at the car with an umbrella. You don’t get that at other dealers! Great Job!!! Robert Peters More

I went to their used car lot and was pleasantly surprised with the salesmanship of Jason Lake. He did not use any pressure and was very helpful with what I wanted to buy.
