My wife and I are very pleased with our Escalade purchase at Jeff Wyler Cadillac. We drove over 100 miles and passed many other Cadillac dealers just to buy from them. My experience was amazing! I walked in the door with a list of expectations and they were all met and exceeded. To start, when one has reached the point in life when you have worked your fingers to the bone and finally have decided to treat yourself to the comfort and luxury that a Cadalac offers, you expect the dealership to resemble the product they sell - Wyler Cadalac does! I was greated by a friendly and well informed salesman who showed me to a comfortable lounge area and offered me a beverage while I waited for my wife to arrive. Once she arrived, our salesman, Harold McPeek sat with us and discussed not only our needs, but also what we wanted. He truely understood the place in life we had reached and our excitement in buying our first Cadalac. Although the dealership was busy, Harold was attentive and patient with us. He wanted us to be as informed as possible before deciding on a vehicle. After an hour or so of questions and walking the lot, we decided to test drive the CTS. Just a short 5 minute spin around Fairfield and we made a mad dash back to the dealership. We were off to the financing office! Now normally this is where the story would turn, but to my surprise, it was really very simple and pleasant. We told Harold what our requirements were, gave him our information and off he went. He returned a short while later with a huge smile, a couple forms, and a set of keys. I have never been so excited to see keys in my life! Just a few quick wisps of the pen, and we were Cadalac owners! It was really that easy! Harold shook our hands, offered his congratulations, and walked us to our new CTS. It sparkled like a diamond! A week later, Harold called me to make sure we were still happy with our decision, and to make sure there was nothing else he could do. Much to his suprise, there was. We set an appointment fir the following week to go in and test drive the SRX for my wife! Thank you so much Harold and Wyler Cadalac. We are customers for life! More
