This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from this Cadillac store. Very comfortable doing business with these people – friendly and outgoing. We were looking for a quality crossover/suv and had made the"rounds" test driving other makes when we remembered the Rogue. I was a bit skeptical, as I had never bought any other type of car but GM and Ford. When we entered the dealership, Chris was so very personable and knowledgeable that we immediately liked him. His style is such that he doesn't just sell cars, he loves what he does and obviously is sold on the product! He never once pressured us, but kindly gave us all the information we needed. We actually bought the car after the second test drive. I was extremely impressed with Chris as he took us a tour around the dealership and sat in the car for about 45 minutes explaining how to use everything and answering every question. He followed up with my insurance agent and I have already recommended him to family and friends. One more thing--he made us feel special as he introduced us to his boss, the financing man and the dealership general manager. When we left, we felt like we were "a part" of the Nissan "family!" More

From the moment I spoke with Chris he was energetic, courteous, knowledgeable, and un-endingly friendly. I made an appointment to view the car the next day and Chris greeted my boyfriend and I with a big smile and answered all of my novice car buyer questions with patience, confidence and made sure that I was fully satisfied and really understood the answers. I felt so at ease and confident that I purchased the vehicle on the spot. Chris was amazingly helpful and still takes time to explain any post-purchase questions I have. On the ride home after picking up our car from being detailed my boyfriend and I couldn't stop talking about how easy Chris had made the experience and how much we wish that others could have such a memorable, positive car buying experience. Mandy Pack was so wonderfull to work with, she eased my mind with buying a new car. Jeff Wyler did not have the car I wanted in stock, so Mandy Pack personally found the color and model I wanted and got it for me within a couple days. Since then, she has checked on me at least twice to make sure I am still loving my car (Which I am!!!) I would recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan and ANY of the staff there to any of my friends and family! Christopher Patton was extremely knowledgeable of the cars I was interested in and the options to pursue that best fit my financial needs. The other thing about Chris is that although all sales organizations are in high pressure situations due to the economy, he didn't oversell me or pressure me into buying a car I did not want. Chris' patience and willingness to research all options was greatly appreciated. If anyone were looking for a car, I would definitely recommend they visit Jeff Wyler of Fairfield and ask for Christopher Patton. More
I dealt with all 3 Nissan dealerships in the Cincinnati area when buying a 2010 Maxima and Jeff Wyler was by far the best in terms of customer service, friendliness and pricing. There was none of the "old area when buying a 2010 Maxima and Jeff Wyler was by far the best in terms of customer service, friendliness and pricing. There was none of the "old school" car salesmen who are pushy and arrogant...like I found at the other dealers. Pete was nothing but educational, friendly and accommodating.
