I wanted to rate this salesperson and dealership because when I have looked for a car at other places, I felt like they didn't really care about what I wanted and needed. When I came on the Wyler lot and w when I have looked for a car at other places, I felt like they didn't really care about what I wanted and needed. When I came on the Wyler lot and was greeted by Mandy, I felt very qickly that she wanted to know my needs and wanted to help me get a car that I could afford. She asked me questions and let me tell her my situation. I was not in the market for an expensive car, but needed a decent used car I could cound on. She had suggestions, and showed me several good cars. Even though she probably could have made a lot more money spending all the time she was with me on someone looking for a bigger sale, Mandy never showed it. She made me feel that I was just as important as someone coming in to buy a brand new Cadillac. I never felt that she was trying to pull something on me or that she was trying to talk me into something I could not afford. She seemed to really care, like I was a friend or family. She even called me a few days after I bought my car, just to see how I liked it and if there were any problems, or anything else she could do for me. I wasn't able to buy a big expensive car at this time, but I know that the next car I buy will be from Mandy at Wyler, and I will tell anybody I know that is looking for a car to go there, too! More

About a month ago, I had started the search for a new car. The search was most certainly an overwhelming process, because this was going to be the first car I have ever owned. As the weeks went by, I finally decided between 3 cars: Mazda3, Nissan Versa, and Dodge Caliber. When I went to the Nissan Jeff Wyler located in Fairfield, I was greeted by Chris. He came up to me in a very friendly way, and was not pushy at all. This was a surprise, because every other dealer just wants to talk numbers. The next day after my visit, I got a call from Chris. My immediate reaction to this before answering the phone call was, "Not another pushy salesman." This was just not the case, he asked me how my day went and how I was doing! Complete shock, considering the general salesman just wants to know when I am going to purchase the car. Chris really cared,including the sales manager there. When it comes time for family and friends to buy cars, I will most certainly recommend them to this dealer. Jeff Wyler Nissan is hands down the best dealer I have dealt with. After obtaining this info he directed us to a car that fit our criteria. He was very respectful of us as customers and really gave us the time to make our own decision. He was knowledgable, curteous, polite and informative. I would recommend him to family and friends in need of a car. Also, he was quite helpful when we had to bring the car back for something. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle after my taurus broke down. I had visited 4 other dealers through the course of the week and got exactly what I expected from the sales staf vehicle after my taurus broke down. I was completely surprised with my experience at jeff Wyler. Noone asked for a credit app. Noone asked when my husband was going to be coming to look at the car. Jeremy took the time to find out exactly what my needs and expectations were before we even looked at cars. I was shown a few different options before I fell in love with my new Kia Forte.
