My experience with Jeff Wyler Kia has been great thus far. Gret experience with the salesman - Chris Patton and the sales mgr (not sure of his name). Would have received all 5's if being rated by themselves. Finance Mgr - Waited very long for the finance mgr to sales mgr (not sure of his name). Would have received all 5's if being rated by themselves. Finance Mgr - Waited very long for the finance mgr to bring me in his office to complete my paperwork, and he could have been friendlier. Brought rating down from a 5 to 3 in the friendliness area, and kept the other areas form being 5's. More

I went to this dealership while in the middle of a poor customer service experience at another dealership. The salesman at the other dealership was good, but his boss and the General Sales Manager were out customer service experience at another dealership. I had my own financing so I actually had my check in my briefcase and my wife and I were prepared to seal the deal. We were so disappointed in the way we were treated we decided to stop in Jeff Wyler Nissan the night before we were to sign the papers and pick up our other car. The experience was like night and day, so much so that we in good concious could not buy the car from the other dealership even though we would loose our earnest check!!! Here I sit one week later knowing it was the best decision I could have made. More
