We were unable to get the price we were looking for, but then the sales agent suggested we look at a Cube at the Nissan Dealership next door (also a part of Jeff Wyler), because of some great specials going on. It turns out that the Cube was exactly what we wanted and we were able to get a new car within our price range. Had it not been for the dealership's desire to work with us - despite a very strict budget, we would probably still be shopping. From the beginning, I was happy with the service and attention to my needs. Even though I came in at the end of the day, Pete was willing to stay late to find answers to all the questions I had about th attention to my needs. I told Pete I was only considering it at the time and was not too serious about a purchase. However, after all the attention to my needs and offer to give me a trade in value on my Nissan Titan I decided to go through with the purchase. Eric worked with me and I felt that I was getting a good trade in value. I am still very impressed with the "after sale" attention and service I have received! Pete and Eric put me in a rental and took care of a couple small paint blemishes IMMEDIATELY... with no questions asked. I am going to recommend this dealership to any one I know looking to purchase new or used. When my husband and I came to the dealership, we were "just looking". I was leasing a Nissan Altima (that I LOVED) and still had a little over a year to go on the lease, and my husband owned a 2005 Nissa "just looking". I was leasing a Nissan Altima (that I LOVED) and still had a little over a year to go on the lease, and my husband owned a 2005 Nissan Titan. The salesman we had worked with to lease the Altima was Justin, and we were initially disappointed to find out that he was no longer with the dealership. However, our disappointment was reversed when we met Pete and Eric. Pete approached us and we explained that we wanted to test drive an Xterra. My husband was tired of driving a truck and was considering trading his Titan in for a smaller vehicle, and I wanted to OWN a car instead of leasing it. So we test drove the Xterra SE and fell in love with it. We worked with Pete and Eric to get the price/payments that I could handle. I ended up turing in my Altima and purchasing the Xterra. That night, when we pulled both "trucks" (my new Xterra and my husband's Titan) into the garage, I thought, "What the heck are we doing with two BIG vehicles?" The next weekend, my husband was back at the dealership test-driving his dream car: the 370Z. To make a long story short, he ended up trading in his Titan and purchasing the Z. He would not have done that if Pete and Eric had not given him a great trade-in deal for his truck, and if it wasn't for their outstanding customer service and friendliness. In the week following, we noticed a scratch on the Xterra and a couple of "spots" on the Z that needed to be fixed. We were given a loaner car to drive while our cars took turns being repaired. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and completed to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience at this dealership was excellent and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More
