My car buying experience on 4/14/10 was the most pleasant and rewarding experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Chris Patton is not only knowledgeable about his work, he is also passionate. I felt like a valued customer from the beginning of the transaction to the end. He even took time out from his very demanding schedule to give me one on one instructions on how to utilize the features of my new vehicle. Selwyn Brown in the finance department made the numbers make sense. He also was very knowledgeable about his work. Because the car buying experience takes time, we were at the dealership for quite a while. During our wait, two other staff members were very attentive to our needs and engaged in rewarding conversations with myself and my husband as we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Jeff Smith and Peter Maxell (I believe that was his last name) were very pleasant and courteous to my husband and I. They too made the car buying experience a pleasurable one. Thank you for that. Pete and Chris were WONDERFUL!! I was trying to decided between a 2010 Corolla and a 2010 Nissan Sentra. I read the reviews for Jeff Wyler Nissan and they far outranked all the reviews for ANY OTHER Nissan between a 2010 Corolla and a 2010 Nissan Sentra. I read the reviews for Jeff Wyler Nissan and they far outranked all the reviews for ANY OTHER Nissan dealer in a 30 mile radius. I went in to to see what kind of deal I could get because both Toyota and Nissan had a 0% APR deal going on for the month of March. I was able to get a 1000$ rebate at Toyota for College Grad. and since I didnt initially meet Nissans requirements for that, they took 1000$ off anyway!! Then they called me to tell me that I do meet nissans requirements, they would take and extra 500$ off (on top of the already discounted rate!). I was so excited. The Corolla was initially cheaper but I was worried because of the power stearing issues that have been reported with them. Then with all the discounts on the price I recieved from Nissan that Pete and Eric were able to give me, my Sentra was better priced, then the carolla quote I was given! I got a safer car for cheaper, so what's not to love! I would refer EVERYONE I know to Jeff Wyler Nissan. The guys are really great and I never once felt like I was just trying to be sold on a car. They were really honest about everything and I dont regret one bit my decision to buy my Sentra! I LOVE IT! Upon entering the showroom I was immediatley greated by Jeffrey. He listened to what I wanted to look at and showed me what they had. They didn't have the color of car I wanted, but went to Columbus to get the car for me and had it the next day. Jeffrey spent time with us after the sale going over the car manual, a tour of the service department, showed me their car wash and explained how it worked, and he helped me program my cell phone with my new car's blooth tooth feature. He went over all the features in the car and how they worked. I never had a sales person give that individual attention to us after the sale was completed. I would recommended Jeffrey Smith and Jeff Wyler's Nissan dealership! More

Being a single woman looking for a car is not always an easy or fun experience. This past week I had been looking at several car dealerships and not finding anyone that really seemed to want to work with easy or fun experience. This past week I had been looking at several car dealerships and not finding anyone that really seemed to want to work with me and answer my questions. One night I decided to look at the Kia Sportage. I did not know much about the car so I did have questions. The sales person that came over to help us was Duke. He listened to me telling him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in. After driving the Sportage we started the process of actually buying the car. Duke was most helpful in walking me through all the steps and explaining everything to me as we went along. He was patient, no pressure, and put me in a car I love and in my price range. I left the dealership in my new car really feeling good. I felt like I had been informed and Duke left me with saying that this relation does not end here, but if I have any questions or problems he will be there for me. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends to Duke. He made the car buying experience fun too rather than streesful as it sometimes can be.
