I really wasn't going to buy Nissan d/t my past experience but these dealers (Mario, Eric, and Arif) are excellent and very helpful. We bought 2 cars within 2 days ( 1st car aunt and 2nd was mine), and the reason we bought the 2nd car was just because of these dealers (Eric & Mario Hood). They had a great attitude and respect for us. I am surprised that I bought a car from Nissan. We will again need another car in the future (4 - 5 months) and I will definately go back with these dealers, just because they satisfied my expectations. Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful when my daughter and wife initially met with him while I was out of town. the reason for my visit to Jeff Wyler is to purchase my car at the end of the lease. I corresponded with Shane Wilson via email to get the details on what I needed to do. He put me in contact with Chris Patton who, by the way, also helped in my original contract of the lease in 2007. Chris called me and we discussed everything expected from me and from the dealership. I asked that everything please be ready when we arrived so that we would not have to spend the entire Friday evening at the dealership. It was ready except for one minor detail, which Chris took care of within 5 mintues. The problem was not with him, it was with the payoff given to me when calling the 1-800 number at the end of my lease. Anyway, it was taken care of, the papers were ready and we went to see Shane to get everything signed. That was also very fast and efficient and we were out the door within 10 minutes. Yes, I would recommend Chris and Jeff Wyler to all of my friends in need of a car. He is very friendly, personable and has much knowledge to get the job done right. I am very pleased with my Altima and will be for many years...until I get the urge to visit Chris again and trade in for a new Maxima! More

I ordered a car that was not immediately available. From the first time that I stopped by, near closing, Mario greeted me with a smile and excellent service. The customer service and friendliness are what brought me back to the dealership two additional times, first for a test drive and then to purchase the car. Each time I step foot on the lot I was attended to immediately and never felt overwhelmed or pressured. The price I recieved on my 2010 Nissan Altima SL was competitive and could not be beat or even matched by any others in the Tri-state.
