I thought that Duke did a great job of greeting me on my first visit and answering all my questions. He did such a great job that after visiting several other Kia lots I returned to purchase my new Sorento first visit and answering all my questions. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra in July 2010. The day after I took delivery, I noticed that my brakes were releasing pressure while I was coming to a stop. I took the vehicle back to Jeff Wyler Nissan i after I took delivery, I noticed that my brakes were releasing pressure while I was coming to a stop. I took the vehicle back to Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield. The service staff claimed that there was no problem with the brakes. Since July, the problem has evolved to include the brakes releasing pressure, the brakes grabbing, the ABS engaging when coasting, and the VDC creating resistance when coasting on level ground. I have taken my Sentra back to Jeff Wyler Nissan a total of four times, and the service staff have failed to diagnose or repair the problem. The service staff have been rude and less than helpful. I've contacted the manufacturer to seek resolution. I do not recommend working with this dealer. More

I leased a Nissan Altima exactly a month ago. Mario Hood was the sales person we dealt with. He was unhurried, thorough and professional. There was no grand sales pitch, no pressure to make a deal. After coming out of a lease(Escalade) I wanteed to downsize. Selwyn took me to the Nissan dealer to look at the Murano for there SRX were not in and was introduced to Mario. He by far was so knowledgeabe, easy to talk to and had a smile on his face that just made you feel at ease. He answered all my questions with ease, and he knows everything about the Murano. I hav e been dealing with Jeff Wyler for the last 8 years for I leased 2 Escalades from the dealership and have not run into any problems nor angry people. The dealership just makes you feel at home. Mario by far is one of the best salesman I have run across, His smile by far makes you feel at ease. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Murano and even my husband was just as impressed. I really like driving the Murano and very happy with my choice. More

After seeing an ad in our local paper for a "deal" on leasing the Nissan Altima, I went to my local dealer Jeff Wyler. I was greeted by Mario Hood, sales associate. He answered my questions, showed me th leasing the Nissan Altima, I went to my local dealer Jeff Wyler. I was greeted by Mario Hood, sales associate. He answered my questions, showed me the vehicle I had interest in, and I left with a good feeling about the automobile and the courtesy shown by Mr Hood. A few days later I call Mario Hood, told him I wanted the car, and asked him what was needed to get the ball rolling. He took down some information and A few hours later I walked into the dealership, my car was ready. After signing a few papers and Mario giving me a tour of the facilities and being greeted by the service and parts managers, I was free to drive off in my new automobile. I was extremely impressed with the dealership, my sales associate, Mario Hood, and the rest of the staff I came in contact with. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism shown and would recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan and Mario Hood to anyone interested in purchasing a automobile. More
I went into the service department to have my tires checked, air pressure kept going down. Mr. Mcpeek have been out on sick leave. Even though he is on medical leave,Harold was able to solve my problem checked, air pressure kept going down. Mr. Mcpeek have been out on sick leave.
