The Sat. radio had run out,so I didnt get the 3mo as he thought I would,and I think the dealership could have come off the price just a bit more,but over all,I'm very thrilled with the Sorento. I came into this dealership without knowing anything about Cadillac's. Met Jeff Smith and with his help and guidance, ended up buying a SRX. I am very happy that my dealership (Jeff Wyler) has retained their franchise. I am also happy that my salesman Harold McPeek is returning from a medical leave of absence from major back surgery. My first incounter with Harold was after purchasing a certified used Deville. Although Harold was not the salesperson he was called in to assist with questions about the features. This started a long relationship. He told me if I ever had a question to give him a call. When I purchased my new DTS it was from Harold. He again told me if I needed him to give him a call. On Christmas Eve at 11:00 PM I had a problem, I called him and he was knocking on my door at 11:30. Problem solved!! I was able to celebrate Christmas with my family without worrying about transportation. Once again I am happy to see him return, although he has maintained contact while on leave. I knew if I had a problem he would be there to help. More

When I first arrived at the dealership he showed me the model that I asked to see (not trying to up-sell me or tell me what I "really" need to buy), he was very knowledgeable about the product and its features, and offered me a test drive. Even though he didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot that day, within a day or two Charlie emailed me to say that he had found the EXACT car I wanted at a dealership in another state. The price negotiations were quick and relatively painless, and within a few more days I had my car. When I picked it up, Charlie made sure I knew how all the car's features worked before I drove off the lot. Throughout the whole process Charlie stayed in touch with me, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He is also very friendly, and a pleasure to work with.
