Jeff Smith is a very likeable salesperson. During our trips to the dealership, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. When we picked up our new Cadillac SRX, Jeff provided a compl trips to the dealership, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. When we picked up our new Cadillac SRX, Jeff provided a complete orientation of the vehicle including a detailed familiarization of the vehicle's amenities; he also assisted us in setting up OnStar and other programming to personalize our vehicle setting. Jeff walked us through the service areas and familiarized us with the staff and surroundings for our vehicle maintenance. We highly recommend Jeff Smith as an exceptional salesperson. More

I saw 2 vehicles online that I wanted to test drive. I called and asked if those two particular vehicles were actually in stock and for sale for the price listed online. (I had a previous experience with another dealer that the price on line was not accurate....of course it was more after you went to the dealership). I was very pleased with Charlie's professional and courteous nature. I even called the next day to say I changed my mind and wanted another vehicle at Jeff Wyler Nissan, and they said "no problem"! Extremely helpful in explaining the car options of the various models in which i was interested. Harold was the best car salesperson that we've ever done business with. He took extra time with us on a seperate day specifically to show us programable features on our vehicle. This was our first Cadillac, and Harold made our purchase feel extra special. The finance department didn't just settle for our first finance company, but even went back and got us a better deal after our paperwork was already finished. We will most definitely will return to Jeff Wyler Cadillac (and hopefully Harold McPeek) for our next Cadillac when we're ready for an upgrade :) More
I couldn't think of a single thing bad to say about my experience. It all went smooth from start to finish. I worked with Mario Hood, the Internet Sales Manager. He got me the best price with out much hag experience. It all went smooth from start to finish. I worked with Mario Hood, the Internet Sales Manager. He got me the best price with out much haggling. I worked the entire deal over the internet and the only thing I had to do when I showed up at the dealer was sign. We also negotiated my trade in over the internet. I took my trade to 3 dealers and had it appraised so I knew what I could get out of it. They gave me the top of the price range from which I had been previously quoted. Once we settled on a price for the trade over the internet, the only thing it had to do was pass the inspection, and it did! At the dealership, I met with Mario and he gave me the low down on all the high tech features my car came equipped with. After that, I went to meet with the F&I guy. He was not pushy either. Asked if I wanted a few of the extra's that all dealers try to get you to buy. I declined and he moved on. Never did I feel like the F&I guy was pushing me into purchasing the extra's, which make him a lot of money! If I can give you any advice, it would be this. Shop multiple dealers, have your trade in appraised multiple times, look up the value of your trade on the web (Kelly Blue Book or other). Have a deal in place to work with and then give them a call with the deal you have. Chances are, they will beat it. Another few things of note: Mario went out of his way to get me actual pictures of the car, sending me text message pictures of it and also emailing them to me. Mario came in on his day off (a Friday evening) so we could close the deal. I have since went back to drop of my spare set of keys and to pick up my garage door opener and Mario got my car washed while I was there. More
My car buying experience was wonderful. Spending thousands of dollars can be a very stressful situation. I had visited other dealerships in my search for a new car and had the impression "this is a game, bartering for the best price, and just a feeling of not being able to trust who I was working with." Not so with Jeff Wyler of Fairfield, and more specifically Chris Patton. Chris put me at ease by explaining the options and costs and did not rush me into making a decision. In addition to all that, I was pleasantly surprised when after completing all the paperwork, the manager, came in a told me that I was entitled to "another" $400 off the price of my car. He didn't have to do that. He could have pocketed that extra money towards the sale of the car. My car had to be picked up from Pennsylvania. They sent a driver out to Pennsylvania and brought it back within two days of purchase. And, at no additional cost to me. All in all, I am very happy with my car and my buying experience with Jeff Wyler of Fairfield. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends or neighbors. In fact, I've already told many of my friends about the honesty, integrity and quality of the Jeff Wyler of Fairfield dealership. Thank you for making my car buying experience the best ever!!! More
