I stopped here just to look at a used Kia Sedona ended up buying a new Sedona. Kelvin was very helpful he showed me the Sorento also. The dealership did what it said it was going to do and more. I was shocked and happy that they were able to negotiate a better finance rate with GMAC even after we had already agreed to a price and financ more. This was going the "extra mile" that as a frequent car buyer (a new car every 1.5 years or so...we have 5 drivers in our house) I rarely have experienced. Even though I buy cars every 1.5 years or so (see above), I do not like the car buying experience at all. I usually leave the dealership feeling that I was taken advantage of even when I negotiate the best deal possible for me. I still felt that I "should have" been able to negotiate a better price (just a feeling), but I did not feel "taken advantage of" because of the honesty and sincerity of the staff at Jeff Wyler and their willingness to go the extra mile for me. Most of my lease experience was done by email within one day.Charlie quoted the out the door price that was much better than Ford, Honda.and Chevrolet. My name is Earl Crawford and my experience at Jeff Wyler Cadillac was exceptional. Jeff Smith, my salesman was very professional, allowed me and my wife to drive several cars on several different days and e Cadillac was exceptional. Jeff Smith, my salesman was very professional, allowed me and my wife to drive several cars on several different days and explained all of our options thoroughly. He showed me car by car what our options were. He was not pushy,and called me over a 2 month period to talk about possibilities of a purchase from new car to used car. When I made him an offer on the car, after i had did significant research, he agreed to my offer. He has even called me this morning on a follow up call. I also met with his General Sales Manager, Gene Strauss, who was exceptional also. He even allowed me and my wife to view the computer screen to add and subtract options we did not want in the purchase and printed out the deal, and gave it to me, so I felt secure it would not change when I went to the finance office. He had a real genuine christian spirit that my wife and I really appreciated. Bottom line, I will recommend all my friends make purchases from this dealership and work with these gentleman. More

The sales experience was one of the best I've had. The salesmen I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. When it came time to talk price, they sent the sales manager over (none of salesmen I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. When it came time to talk price, they sent the sales manager over (none of the back-and-forth "Let me go talk to the sales manager"). He asked was I was hoping for (trade-in and price). I made a reasonable proposal, and he accepted it. The did try to push the usual add-ons, but when i told them I wasn't interested, they dropped them and didn't mention it again. After all the paperwork was done, the salesman spent over an hour showing me how to use all the features. More
