Great experience with JEFF SMITH at Jeff Wyler Cadillac. I wanted a 2011 Cadillac CTS and basically Jeff made my car purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. His knowledge of the car was also superb and t I wanted a 2011 Cadillac CTS and basically Jeff made my car purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. His knowledge of the car was also superb and that is very important for someone like me who is too lazy to open up an instruction manual. There's another Cadillac dealer 5 minutes from where I reside, however, they just did not care to accommodate a first time Cadillac buyer like myself and that is unfortunate because they are failing to maintain the good brand image that a Cadillac dealer needs to maintain. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Jeff Wyler Cadillac basically because of Jeff and the dealerships professionalism to keep up with that good image. Oh, it's worth the 30 minute drive versus the 5! LOL. Thanks, Jeff! More

I had trouble with my Maxima and took it to the dealership. Matt Bergelt was my contact person. Matt has always been a great help in the past--assisting me with services ranging from new brakes t dealership. Matt Bergelt was my contact person. This time he and the crew were able to locate a problem with my computer among other issues. He was able to fix my car and put my dollars to use---finding ways to cover the work with the extended warranty I had in place. I have had bad experiences with other dealerships (not to mention names---Nissan Burlington, KY) On one occassion--my new key was not working so I took it to the dealership nearest to my home to see how I could get it fixed. To make a long story short---they refused to look into any possible warranty coverages and quoted me over $300 for a new key. In contrast---I took the same key to Matt and his crew at Jeff Wyler in Farfield and they were able to open the key---insert a new battery and charged me less than $1!!! I live in Union, Kentucky and continue to go to Jeff Wyler in Fairfield (a 45 minute drive one way) because of Matt and the awesome service I have always experienced at this location. The salesperson we worked with was Charlie Gardner. We started our interaction via the internet. We looked through the current inventory and found the cars we wanted to see. Charlie was very knowledgeable and I felt like I truly could trust him through the entire process.
