My wife's car was totaled so we were in a bit of a hurry to buy a car. We visited 2 dealers in Fairfield and found Kia's sales staff and especially Ian Matthews to be very friendly and accommodating. While visiting Kia, we were able to use their complimentary computer/internet to view other cars around the tri-state but were completely convinced that Wyler Kia was the best place to buy. In fact, we were in the market for a used car and my initial thought was that we wouldn't get the service and attention one may receive when buying a new car because the commission for the salesman would be less. I couldn't have been more wrong. We felt completely taken care of. I commented to my wife as we drove off "that this was the best and easiest car buying experiences ever". The accounting department was able to secure multiple lending options and excellent rate options as well from reputable lenders. I recommend Fairfield Wyler 100%! Ask for Ian. More
This was my first Cadillac and first internet purchase, and I'm extremely pleased with both. I worked with six Cadillac dealers within a 30 mile radius of our home, and Harold McPeek of Jeff Wyler Fairfiel and I'm extremely pleased with both. I worked with six Cadillac dealers within a 30 mile radius of our home, and Harold McPeek of Jeff Wyler Fairfield was the best of the responses. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't focus on what he had to sell or wanted to sell; and as a result he found the car I wanted but it was 300 miles away - no problem, Harold got that dealer to release it and sent a driver to get it. When we went to pick up the car, that was the best part of the whole experience. Amazingly detailed education on all the features the car had to offer, insuring we knew how everything worked before we left the showroom. Harold treated us like we were the only customers who counted and didn't shuffle us off on someone else so he could start working on another sale! More

My husband and I went to dealership to just LOOK at SRX. Harold greeted us at the door and was very friendly, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. From the very first contact, Chris made me feel like a special customer. He was very corteous, professional, and very patient in answering my questions. Another big plus was the fact that Chris was not "pushy" - I did not feel pressured at any moment of the quoting/purchasing process. I had also contacted three (3) other Nissan dealers and the experience was not the same. One of the dealers never returned the three (3!) voice messages that I had left. I wanted to buy a new car, but was not looking forward to the hassle that it can be. Jeff Wyler Fairfield REALLY surprised me.
