I had visited several dealerships before this one and had done my "homework" when it came to pricing of new and used cars. We all know that eventually you just gotta get out there. At our final stop of the day our salesman was Brandon. He was awesome. We asked about several cars, which meant he had to do alot of running but he never seemed irritated, like why can't they make up their mind. We finally settled on test driving a 2011 Kia Forte EX. The test drive was great, car came with lots of options attractive to me and my teenager and had the fuel economy needed for a college commuter. The last step was settling on a price and financing. Brandon went out of his way to get the payment we needed, which included a visit from the manager who after some negotiating was able to lower my interest rate even more and take more $ off the price of the car. Yes, a female does have the ability to negotiate and hold out for the best deal. Lastly, our salesman Brandon took ample time to explain the features most interesting to my daughter before we drove away. He actually sat in the car as he was talking and it gave her a comfort level we were not expecting when the deal was done. Thank you Brandon. I was not actually going to buy a car but I got one. I had originally thought my credit was real bad but it was not so I was able to purchase a car. The guys at Jeff Wyler really took care of me. Although Ryan is a new Sales Associate, he was wonderful to work with. He was helpful and if he didn't know the answers to our question, he made sure that he found someone that did. Ryan assisted me in not only finding the car that I purchased, however, he was extremely helpful in showing me all of its features, etc. The entire process of looking and purchasing the vehicle was a positive one. He then proceeded to ask me what I thought about this car or that car. He wanted to know my preference in color, style, and year, then he proceeded to see if he could accommadate me. He didn't try to "sell" me, and that is why is would go back to this dealership. Everything was explained, explained without me feeling as though it was a rushed presentation or sell. This attitude was before, during, and after the sale. I am very pleased with my purchase and the efforts of Mr. Brown to find me a great financing deal. Pictures were wonderful, but a video Harold sent showing the car inside & out confirmed that this was the Cadillac we had been looking for. We arrived to find the car exactly as described & were most pleased to not encounter any ridiculous sales tactics we've experienced at other car dealers. Harold walked us through every detail of the car (and this car has a lot of bells & whistles) bumper to bumper--inside & out. Again, just a fantastic buying experience! They were very very friendly and explained every detail of how they arrived at the total package they gave me. Mario even listened to a friend of mine that I called as he was "grilled" about the warranty and interest rate. Mario ended the conversation with a smile on his face and never complained although I felt compelled to apologize on behalf of my friend. I will always purchase a car from Jeff Wyler Nissan as this was my second car purchasing from them. I still remember when Jeff Smith first approached us asking "if we needed anything?" What turned out to be pleasantries ended up becoming a successful purchase of a brand new vehicle for my parents. Even though my father's English is not the best, Jeff was very patient and did everything possible to explain and answer any questions he had. My father can be a real "stickler" when negotiating, but Jeff stuck with us all the way and fortunately we were able to come to an agreement. He also helped set up OnStar for us, helped get our vehicle serviced for license tags. He even made sure we had a full tank before we left. Definitely a hard worker, especially on a cold and windy day when the obvious choice would be to just stay in. I think we even cut into his lunch time but he never once mentioned about it. Selwyn Brown, from finance, was also kind and professional in dealing with us. He answered all my questions. It should also be noted that the other workers/dealers at Jeff Wyler Cadillac were also kind and courteous to us.
