It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff Smith in the sales department. I walked into the dealership unannounced and simply told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to do with my trade-in. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the smiling face of Jeff Smith, he showed us what we were looking for as well as some similar cars just so we knew what all was out there. Harold has tried for years to sell us a new Cadillac and on our last trade we just could not get together and we bought from another dealer only on price. Harold has continued to be a friendly customer of mine over the years even though I was not his customer. He is the reason we went to Wyler when we were ready to trade and Harold was there for us the entire way even though he was on medical leave. He arranged for Chris to handle us and Chris did a wonderful job and got us in the car we were looking for at the price we were looking for. I worked w/ Chris Patton and from the time I first spoke w/ him over the phone, I knew he was going to do everything he could to get me financed w/in my budget. It's a little higher than I actually wanted w/ him over the phone, I knew he was going to do everything he could to get me financed w/in my budget. It's a little higher than I actually wanted but he came through for me w/ an truly awesome ride and he handled everything for me. Even w/ paperwork, I was in and out in no time. He was so friendly, understanding, and I loved how he explained everything to me in details and even watched my girls while I was getting my paperwork done! He truly is an awesome guy and the dealership seems to be a great place to go, even if you have faulty credit like mine. I'm so happy w/ my car and w/ Chris!!! More
I had a very great experience working with Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. I was in the market for a newer used car and the guys that I worked with were very helpful. Christopher Patton started helping me out and got my credit application started, but then between our two schedules it took me a couple of days to get into the lot. Since Christopher was going to be out on vacation I worked with Mario Hood, and he was fabulous as well. I really appreciated the professionalism, the friendliness and over all great experience. We purchased a 2011 Cadillac CTS-4 from Jeff Wyler in November, 2010. We were notified by the dealer that the car should be scheduled for an oil change/service check. When we arrived at the dealership the service department was ready for us and performed the oil change and service inspection while we waited in a pleasant waiting area with comfortable furniture. The staff was friendly and ready to assist us in any way possible. It was a truly enjoyable experience. They even washed and dried the car. More
My experiences with Jeff Wyler Nissan has always been very positive. I have purchased two cars from them... my previous car and my current car. My salesman, Ian Mathews, was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and what I was trying to accomplish in my purchase. Great trade-in price. And Good price on the new car. He wasn't trying to push me towards bigger and pricier. I was very interested in a new Nissan Versa, with certain equipment and that is what I got. Very pleased with the sales attitude, helpful, patient, and efficient. It really shows that teamwork is a positive force in their dealership. In my experience from the salesman, Ian, to the manager, Eric, to the finance director, Selwyn, to the service department representative, Delton, I felt understood and important. I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, but the service extended to me showed that my business and happiness with the sale was important to them. The service department is also a major selling point. I got into the habit of taking my first Nissan to them for service, even though I had not bought it from Jeff Wyler Nissan. Great service at a reasonable price. And they find it important to make sure that you understand what they are doing and why. And they find the time to keep you updated whether you are waiting on the car or are off-site. When in the market again, I am sure that I will be visiting them. In summary, Jeff Wyler Nissan did a great job for me. More
