I took my car to Jeff Wyler Fairfield to see what the strange noise was i heard when i drive. After setting up an appointment, my son and I decided to look at some cars "just to look at them". I ran into Mario Hood, whom i spoke with a year earlier (unknown). We was just shotting the breeze and talking about cars. I inquired about a car that i loved, he said "Let's take a look at the numbers to see if you like what you see". All the while, I was not there being harrassed and having a car shoved down my throat, or pressured by salesman following me around asking questions. I was there enjoying the experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy extended by the entire staff. Everyone was extremely professional and considerate of my time. Mario answered all questions...he was very nice and not only wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted but made sure I was happy afterwards by giving me a call a couple days after. I have never experienced that before! Mario made sure I didn't leave the lot with any unanswered questions or not knowing all the functions of my new car. He was my sales person but he also became a quick friend who didn't want to stear me wrong or let me make a bad decision. That within itself is priceless to me. I just cant imagine getting my car anywhere else but from Jeff Wyler Fairfield. This is my forth purchase from them and I must say those were 4 of the best decisions I made. If it is not broke.... don't fix it. Continue to go to the place that treats your right.... THE FIRST TIME. I can say it enough.... Thank you Mario Hood for making theis experience pleasent. More

Kelvin was able to answer every question I had about the 2011 Sorento after my online research. We went for a lengthy test drive on my first visit, he offered another on my second visit - the pricing was great, we have had multiple follow up phone calls to see if we have any other questions or issues - just an excellent overall experience. Below is my experience with Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield, OH: Three years ago I drove into Jeff Wyler Kia in hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Having never gone though the car buying process com OH: Three years ago I drove into Jeff Wyler Kia in hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Having never gone though the car buying process completely on my own before, I was naturally quite anxious. Just the day before I visited Kia, I had left a different dealership (who shall remain nameless) with a HORRIBLE experience! Their salesman had taken my car keys and would not return them unless I signed a makeshift document stating I would purchase a vehicle from them. I was bullied and otherwise left there for nearly 2 hours while my salesman and his boss took turns trying to convince me to purchase a car I did not even want. I know...wow. It was awful, and I left depleted...concerned every dealership would attempt the same scare tactics. Now...I know what you're thinking, how different an experience could Jeff Wyler KIA be? I was greeted PLEASANTLY upon entering the lot...not like the previous one where I was ambushed by 17 people literally popping out of shrubs to get to me. My salesman, Duke Hilsercop, introduced himself, asked me if I knew what I was looking for, and when I replied 'not yet...just looking'...he did something I wasn't expecting...he simply said, 'ok...if you decide on something or have any questions, don't hesitate to find me'...then he walked away. What?! You mean I didn't have to be subjected to constant 'check in's' I could set my watch to; or feel the burn of 6 sets of eyeballs on me while I perused the lot...AT MY LEISURE; nobody else would scurry in and try to steal me away? HUH? What kind of place is this? I will tell you what kind of place Jeff Wyler KIA is. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was treated with the utmost respect. I was in NO WAY pressured or bullied, I wasn't patronized or made to feel ignorant...I was NOT what someone may call 'savvy' by any stretch of the imagination. I was well cared for immediately. I had never gone though this entire experience alone before and there was NO time during my entire process I felt uncomfortable...ever. It was rather quite easy and pleasant. Duke Hilsercop was absolutely courteous and knowledgeable, and I felt he genuinely CARED about my automobile needs...and I LOVED my new car. - 3 years later - Last week (Wednesday, June 30th, 2011) I had come in contact with Jeff Wyler again interested in literally just taking a peek at a new Kia. I was not in the market to purchase a new vehicle, didn't even think it possible, but I thought I'd just give it a go despite me still being in love with my car! I had called and asked specifically for Duke, my original salesman. Much to my surprise, he not only still worked there, but he remembered who I was, and even which vehicle I had purchased more than 3 years ago. We spoke a bit over the phone about what I was interested in, I gave him all the information I could and he replied...'don't worry, let me do some work for you, see what I can find out, and I will call you back'. He did call back, and I was pleasantly surprised at what options I had, given I didn't think I would have any at all. I made an appointment to come in the following day, during my lunch break, and test drive the Kia in which I was interested. Duke knew I was on my lunch break and respected the fact I was on limited time. Again, he never once pressured me into anything at all...simply discussed my options and sent me on my merry way to decide what I wanted to do. The next day (Friday, July 1st, 2011), I spoke with Duke again. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse and managed to exceed my expectations in every way...especially when I didn't believe it was remotely possible. I drove in that afternoon with the understanding that I would be coming home with a new vehicle...it was then I was hit with yet another surprise... While Duke and I were preparing to sign all the appropriate documents, he mentions...oh, by the way, we managed to get you an even lower interest rate (and by lower, I mean by half)...which lowers your current monthly payment even more. So, allow me to sum this up: This entire process was merely a day and a half and it was as if I walked onto the lot, picked out the car I wanted, and drove off in it...COMPLETELY improving my previous situation. Who does that? Jeff Wyler Kia does...and I will say this with 100% certainty: I am a LOYAL fan...not only of Jeff Wyler Kia, but of Duke Hilsercop as well. I am getting no kickback from this at all. My only motivation is making other people aware of just how pleasant the car buying experience can be. It was, without doubt, the single most pleasant large purchase experience of my life...not once, but twice. Thank you Jeff Wyler Kia...and especially thank you Duke Hilsercop! My 2 year old Cadillac CTS had been plagued with an annoying but intermittent rattle from the rear deck area. The Jeff Wyler service technician stayed with it until he identified and fixed the problem annoying but intermittent rattle from the rear deck area.
