I do not like to go to a dealership and be approached by a salesman, I would prefer to pick the person I want to deal with. I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield on RT. 4, talked to Micheal Fabick (sp), he then i a salesman, I would prefer to pick the person I want to deal with. I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield on RT. 4, talked to Micheal Fabick (sp), he then introduced me to Greg Fails. It was a good match, really enjoyed dealing with Greg, he listened to me and put up with my head strong feelings on what I wanted and didn't want in a car. Even with my less that great credit, I felt Greg went the extra mile for me in help me find the vehicle I was looking for. He did not give up on me or put less effort into helping me just because I was not the idea customer. Due to Micheal's efforts in pointing me in the right direction with the right car salesman for me, this has been one of better experiences in purchasing a car than I have had in the past.
