He responded quickly with an offer for me to consider. Since I had already done quite a bit of research and visited several dealerships already, I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I stopped in to see Ian and we were able to work out a deal that I was quite happy with without any unpleasantness. When I picked up my new Murano, it was in showroom condition. But most importantly, Ian's knowledge of the car was evident as he knew every detail and explained everything to me in great detail. And also was very sincere in offering me to stop in any time if I needed help with programming any of the many wonderful features. I went to Jeff Wyler with the specific intent on purchasing a Cadillac CTS. My preference was getting a red one, but after it was explained it would cost at least $1000 more, my mind quickly changed purchasing a Cadillac CTS. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I was approved. But, with this good news came the bad news that I needed more of a down payment because I could only get a car note up to a certain amount; set back #3. Then there was the color, Jeff stated I had a choice of black, gray or silver; none of these was my preference. After a long discussion with my daughter, who by the way made the down payment, we chose the silver one. I absolutely LOVE my new CTS. Patience and persistence paid off. I will tell everyone who is in the market to purchase/lease a car to go to Jeff Wyler. :) More
