Having done our research on the internet, we knew about what we should be paying for our Murano, and Arif matched our expectations well. He was not pushy at all and was willing to meet our every need. He even let me drive the Murano home the day we bought it despite the fact that it had upgraded wheels that he needed to switch off. Although we live an hour away, he sent someone a few days later to pick up the Murano, bring it back to the dealership, switch out the tires, and then drive our car back to us. What can I say? We had a minor issue with the microphone associated with the bluetooth and Duke made every effort to see that it was taken care of and that we were satisfied with his service.
