Pleasant Experience I was looking for a more comfortable vehicle with my current back issues. Vehicle NOT really worth it..... On 10/19/17, I purchased a used vehicle $5,000 cash. I was informed it had undergone a “certified pre-owned” vehicle inspection though a warranty coul On 10/19/17, I purchased a used vehicle $5,000 cash. I was informed it had undergone a “certified pre-owned” vehicle inspection though a warranty could not be provided due to the mileage. Unfortunately, by 10/26/17 I had a check engine light come on in the vehicle. On 10/28/2017, I took the car to my mechanic at Firestone in Bridgewater for a complete vehicle inspection and after running the codes for the check engine light, apparently the light come on due to a catalytic converter (the car apparently has 2) malfunction. I have a hard time believing that after any vehicle inspection prior to the sale of this car that this car would not have blown any codes with regards to the catalytic converter, not to mention having the car less than a week and the check engine light comes on. This is really bad business and not what is described on your own web page, “All of our used cars must complete and pass a comprehensive inspection to ensure they are in sound mechanical condition and are safe for you and your family”. This is not necessarily true if a check engine light comes on within a week! More

Mr Hairston helped me retrieve the wheel chair from the car and wheeled it to the door for my husband. I explained to him that my car was totaled and i was looking for another Kia Soul. Mr. Hairston explained a few ways we could go, and I chose to lease a 2018. The process was simple and din't take any time at all.
