I went in to the dealership with no real direction on what to get. I just moved back to Greater Cincy from New York City. Not having a car and not really being a 'car guy,' I was open to look at a lot o what to get. I just moved back to Greater Cincy from New York City. Not having a car and not really being a 'car guy,' I was open to look at a lot of cars. I liked the Altimas, and there were several models on the lot. I met with Harold McPeek, and he was able to show me a lot of new, and very lightly used cars. His knowledge of features, and how they work is impressive. He was able to explain which features existed in the different 'pakages.' After we honed in on some of the things I like in a car, we took a look at specific models that had the things I liked. I ended up getting a 2011 Nissan Altima that was the last 'new' 2011. I couldn't be happier with it!! The ride is fantastic. Oh, on a side note even the paperwork was a painless process. Shane Wilson got me in and out, quickly, and he was able to explain some things about the extended warranties that were interesting. (I decided not to go with them yesterday, but I'm still considering them.) Also Shane explained the process of taxes and registration since I live in KY, but bought in OH. I'm sure he gets asked these things a lot, but he was great about explaining what to do. All in all the team at the Jeff Wyler Cadilac, Nissan, and Kia were all very helpful and great to chat with! Harold McPeek helped me to find the perfect car. This was my very first new car, and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I was looking to buy a new Kia Soul. The options were limited around the tri-state area due to the demand on the Souls. Three days after my initial meeting with Greg, I was driving home in a brand new 2012 Soul loaded with more features than I could have hoped for and for a better price than I expected. Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield has the friendliest, most helpful staff around. I had visited four other dealerships before I bought my car. Jeff Wyler Kia was the first location I went to and ended up being the last. I returned to them after finding that all the other dealerships I had visited fell short on either courtesy, knowledge, negotiations, respect and overall likableness. I have owned a Kia for the past 8 years and I can honestly say that Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield has the best service department also. I found a truck on Jeff Wylers website so I made an appointment to view the truck. I purchased the truck the same day, Within less than 2oo miles and within a week my check enginelight is on with a mis appointment to view the truck. I purchased the truck the same day, Within less than 2oo miles and within a week my check enginelight is on with a misfire. Then with only 600 miles on it since I purchased the truck my service airbag light is on. I called the dealership and since my original salesman was off i talked to another sales manager by the name Bob and was told you bought the truck without a warranty so I was basically out of luck. when I explained to him that I had only had the truck less than a week he basically told me he didn't care. Great customer service after the sale. More
