I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Kia on Route 4 in Fairfied. All Employees were courteous and attentive. The finance portion was quick and painless. The sales floor and those I observed were conscentious and professional. I must say the best part of my experience was my salesperson, Duke Hilsercop. This was my first time away from the same Toyota dealer in about 10 years. This was my actual first car purchase, I have always leased. I thought I would purchase a Honda product this time until stopping in at the Kia Dealership. Mr. Hilsercop, my salesperson, immediately put me at ease. He worked hard to prove to me the Kia product would stand up in comparison with Toyota or Honda. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a natural at sales. He works hard to close the sale with a personal touch and without being too pushy. I would come back to this dealership in the future and because of my experience with Mr. Hilsercop, I will recommend him and this dealership to friends, co-workers and family. While on our way to purchase an Equinox, we stopped by to check out a 2013 Nissan Altima. A week later, we purchased the Altima with the help of Brian and Eric. My overall experience with the service shop has always been great. However, my car (2008 CTS) started making a horrible static sound, that would literally blare through the speakers. The only way to get been great. However, my car (2008 CTS) started making a horrible static sound, that would literally blare through the speakers. The only way to get it to stop was to pull the car over, turn it off, and then restart it. This was both incredibly annoying and dangerous (pulling over on the highway is never fun). The first time I took it in, everything went very well. I was given a loaner and the problem was "solved." Two days later, however, it started again. I called them right away Tuesday morning (8/7). They could not get me in until yesterday (8/13), which meant I had to drive like that for nearly a week. Then, when I arrived yesterday morning, they did not have a loaner car for me, so they had to call Enterprise. Enterprise showed up (45minutes later) with a very small car. This normally would not have been a problem, but I was moving my classroom from one building to another (I'm a teacher) and I needed more room than that. Enterprise did upgrade my rental, but this took even more time. Overall, the ordeal took 1.5 hours. The last time I took it in, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I do not feel that I should have been expected to wait and go through all of that, when I already waited 6 days to get my car in. Furthermore, I was bringing the car in for the exact same problem it was in for just 2 days prior to my call. On top of all that, the electrical problem in my car, caused my GPS (which was plugged into the outlet in the car) to fritz out and now it is no longer working! It was very frustrating. With all of that being said, I must say that the people that work in the service department are very nice, extremely helpful and quite friendly. I do not feel that they are to blame, but I do feel they should have been more organized and prepared. More

The overall experience at Jeff Wyler was second to none. Our salesman was Harold McPeek and he was simply amazing. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and none of the experiences compare to this Our salesman was Harold McPeek and he was simply amazing. Harold goes way above and beyond and treats his customers with the utmost respect and he actually knows the cars he sells (unlike a lot of salesmen we've had lately). My experience was fabulous!!!! All the team members we worked with were friendly, experienced, and made you feel like you were with family!
