John Reed was very a friendly and detail oriented sales person. He is very knowledgable of the Cadillac product. I enjoyed working with him because he wasn't pushy or rude. John was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful before the sale, during the sale and after. He was patient with my wife and myself explaining the features of the car and letting us know that we sho before the sale, during the sale and after. I made an appointment with Dakota Minch to test drive a new 2013 Kia Forte after seeing one at the Cincinnati Auto Show. I liked the roominess in the front and back seats. After test driving a gray Forte new 2013 Kia Forte after seeing one at the Cincinnati Auto Show. I liked the roominess in the front and back seats. After test driving a gray Forte, I said I really wanted it in black. He checked around and found one at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. They drove the black car to the Fairfield location. Dakota was very patient and informative. I hadn't planned on actually buying a car that day, just test driving. My experience was so positive that I just went ahead and bought the car! More

I absolutely love my 2013 Kia Soul. I especially love the color and the added features that I didn't know that I had. Chet went out of his way to help me find my car and to learn its great features. I have told everyone I know that this was the absolute best experience buying a car that I have ever had. And I have bought way too many cars. Jeremy and Duke were so nice, honest, easy to talk to and t best experience buying a car that I have ever had. And I have bought way too many cars.
