I came to the service department today to have my tire pressure checked, as I received an OnStar bulletin that one tire was low. Doug told me when tires are not cold, the pressure can be five pounds higher, which was good to know, so I pulled out of the service bay around the back to leave. I heard a 'click-click-click' sound, so when I pulled out onto Route 4 I pulled into a parking lot to find I had picked up a bolt in my tire. I went back to service and told them I picked up a bolt in my tire when I pulled out of service, which must have been near the huge construction dumpster. Doug apologized and said they would replace the tire right away (the SRX only had 2,200 miles on it). I asked him to please check the other three tires, as I was traveling out of state the next day with the vehicle. Within an hour, I was back on my way. I had a wonderful experience with Kia! I loved all the cars, but fell in love with the Kia Soul 2013. The first time I was searching for cars at different dealers, Chet first talked about and showed me t cars, but fell in love with the Kia Soul 2013. The first time I was searching for cars at different dealers, Chet first talked about and showed me the Soul. I sat in the floor model inside. I also considered the other Kias sitting on the floor, but the Soul left an impression. I went over to another dealer and almost bought another car of similar type, because of the good price on it, but the impression left by Kia was pretty strong and I wanted to make sure to drive the Soul before I decided. When I went back to Kia a few days later Chet was working and we checked out the Kia Souls sitting on the lot. I was impressed by the inside of them, more so than the other car I was looking at at the other dealer, and decided even though it was a little bit more expensive, it may be worth it. The drive went smooth, but I still was concerned about the pricing. I had a certain figure in mind and eventually through a lot of price settling, it came down pretty close to what I wanted for my payments, and I was happy with it. Chet was great and remembered who I was when I came back, which I was pleased by. He was very helpful and wasn't too pushy like other car salesman that I dealt with. I was his entire focus and was not made to feel in any way, that he hindered by my being there. While I had very good credit I did not have alot of credit history and he had the knowledge to try different scenarios to "make this work". I can not express my gratitude!! I traveled to Jeff Wyler Eastgate location (Cincinnati, Oh) to look at a used 2009 Nissan Murano. It was not in the shape I hoped it would be. The vehicle was a bit high in price and I wasn't suprised to hear the previous salesman tell me they probably couldn't move in price low enough for my budget. I arrived to look at this other Nissan. It was in great shape. The salesman was incredibly nice as was the entire staff. My two year old ran all over the place despite how much I tried to slow him down but they were very nice about it and had no concern. I offered them a price for their vehicle and my trade. It was a lot lower than I expected them to go. After a few minutes of deciding, they accepted my offer. I was extremely happy. This was 5 months ago and the Murano has been great. I recommend this dealer to anybody based on my experience. More
