I was looking for a Mercury Mountaineer and could only find ONE on the internet and it was located in Clarksville, IN. I called the Fairfield, OH dealership because it was closest to me. My sales associate was Shane Wilson. Since I had previously owned a Mountaineer for the last 7 years I was positive that the one I had found in Clarksville, IN was the one for me. I wanted to get the ball rolling fast! Shane was able to not only get this particular SUV delivered that day, but all I had to do that evening was sign the paperwork and drive away, it was as easy as that! I was very impressed by his service and that of his associates and the kindness that was shown towards me by everyone that was involved. Shane and Duke worked hard together to get me an excellent interest rate with little down and the exact monthly payment I was looking for. Duke was very helpful in making sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with my purchase and Sam Avazkhanov sat down with me and helped me figure out all of the bells and whistles that came with it! It was one of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car. I will definitely be back to this dealership for the purchase of my next car and that of my daughters.
