Harold and his manager made my buying experience a pleasant one. They will accommodate to special situations, I had my 5 year old with me (mom was out of town for a family emergency) and they made him feel at home. Greg Fails is by far the best car salesman in the industry! He was top notch from the very start. I gave him very specific criteria regarding price, make, model, mileage, year of car, size and even c industry! He was top notch from the very start. He did not give up or get frustrated with me. He committed to finding me a vehicle I would love and he did just that. He spent time building a relationship with me, learning ALL my vehicle dislikes and did just as he promised he found me a car to love. He called me at work and said... "I found it. I've got the one." He invited me to come in and see this gem. At no time was he pushy or did I feel the least bit of pressure. I had no problem saying no and Greg really responded well to it. I stopped in to the dealership after work and would you believe Greg hand picked the most amazing perfect car for me. It met all of my (many) must haves (and have nots) and beyond!!! I have not stop smiling yet. He went above and beyond to please me, his customer and by doing so he has built a customer for life. I will send all my family and friends to him and look forward to working with him again in the future. Greg Sails is world class!! After researching online and finding that Jeff Wyler Fairfield had I recently purchased a nearly new 2013 Ford Escape from Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. After researching online and finding that Jeff Wyler Fairfield had a nearly new Escape on the lot, I set up an appointment through the Jeff Wyler website to test drive this car. I was immediately contacted through email by Duke who made the appointment setting easy and efficient. The next day we arrived at the dealer, were greeted by Duke Hilsercop, and shown to the car I had inquired about. Duke was very low pressure, allowed us to test drive the car, and told us to take our time making a decision – but not too much time as it was parked out front as a special day. Later that day we came back, negotiated to a price that we were happy with and purchased the car. For the most part, this was a pleasant buying experience. I was able to set up an appointment online to test drive the car and was quickly contacted back confirming an appointment time. Duke, the sales professional we worked with, was low pressure and kind. We found a couple of dings on the side of the vehicle and Duke was quick to offer to have them removed. However, I left in my new car feeling disappointed. After agreeing on a price, signing all the papers, and getting ready to drive away we were told that there was only one key for the car. One key?! I was told not to worry, that getting a replacement would only cost me about $100. I feel this should have been brought up before the deal was complete. Would the dealer have accepted it if I said, “well, thanks for everything, but I’m actually only going to pay you for the car less $100 of the price we negotiated?” It’s because of this that my experience was not a “10”. While the majority of my experience was good, this one thing has overshadowed the experience and because of this I cannot feel good about recommending the dealership. I’ve contacted the dealer about this and have received sincere apologies, but no action. I’m shocked that a dealer as prominent as Jeff Wyler is not able to go the extra mile to provide their customers with something small like two keys for their vehicle (even if it has to be factored into the price) or at least understand that something like this should be made clear before the sale. While this may sound like a petty thing, when it comes to customer service (especially when making such a large purchase), it's the small things that make a big impact and in this case I've been let down. I have never run into this problem when purchasing cars in the past at other dealerships and because of this would recommend others over Jeff Wyler. More

I met John R. Reed, Jr. on Sunday, May 26, 2013. My son and I visited Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield to identify the Cadillac I would buy to replace my 2004 Cadillac SLS. I intended to trade the SLS in to p and I visited Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield to identify the Cadillac I would buy to replace my 2004 Cadillac SLS. I intended to trade the SLS in to purchase the new car. John Reed greeted us and spent over an hour showing us a variety of 2013 Cadillacs, answering our questions, and giving us information. He litterally ran to get information for us. He was very effective. In the next few days, I visited several other dealers and got their input. I decided I would buy a Cadillac CTS Performance with All Wheel Drive and Red color. On Monday May 28 and Tuesday May 29, I asked a number of Cadillac dealers, including Jeff Wyler, for their best offer. I received an offer from each. I dealt with John Reed at Jeff Wyler. After some discussion, I concluded that the price John Reed gave me was somewhat lower than the others. We made a deal. It turned out that Jeff Wyler did not have the exact car I wanted, so it would be obtained from another dealer. This would prevent the actual sale until Thursday, May 30. I had very limited time that day but John took me through the paperwork. I paid for the CTS and John explained some of its features. He strongly suggested that I return so that he could give me a fuller understanding of my new CTS. I did this and John spent another hour teaching me. In all my dealing with John he has been very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I have a new friend. Powell McHenry More

I was recommended to shop this dealership by my father and specifically to ask for Mr. Mcpeek. Now I know why. I have NEVER experienced such service when purchasing a vehicle!! the body work repair should have be better than what they are. 1/ rear bumped already marked 2/ rear bumper with a 6" long scratch 3/ rear right stop light housing not line up with bumper 4/ .... bein are. 1/ rear bumped already marked 2/ rear bumper with a 6" long scratch 3/ rear right stop light housing not line up with bumper 4/ .... being a 3rd vehicle , it is not too much of a big deal however the end result should be better than what I got The body Shop called me to fix these issues. An appointment was scheduled on 6/19/13 to get the rear bumper redone The car was redone on 6/21/13 . Curt and I did a walk through and everything was spot on and the car looks great. recommended body shop , good end result. More
