Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Cadillac SRX from Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield, Ohio. I have been in the market for a CPO SRX which hasn't been easy because in the Tri-state area the CPO SR SRX from Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield, Ohio. I have been in the market for a CPO SRX which hasn't been easy because in the Tri-state area the CPO SRX's don't stay on a lot long. I saw a couple SRX's at Jeff Wyler's web-site and called the dealership to set up a time for a visit. I was transferred to Harold McPeek a sales representative with Wyler. Immediately I felt Harold was experienced and not over the top pushy. I felt I could work with Harold and set the appointment to go see the vehicle's. Upon my arrival Harold had the SRX I had called in about sitting in a nice shaded area ready for my inspection. He had the vehicle clean and ready. That was impressive compared to other dealers I had visited that had not made the extra effort to showcase their car to a potential buyer even if it was a used vehicle. This SRX meet my requirements and we worked up a deal. Harold's management provided a very fair price for both the trade in I had and made the SRX price a deal I felt was right. I took a 30 minute test drive and still was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. Overall it was a professional and smooth process and I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. I returned to Jeff Wyler because the service I received 3 years ago from sales agent William Jarvis was wonderful, only to find he is now the Sales Manager. William put me in the very capable care of Danny Davis, and my experience was A+! Danny dug and searched until he was able to put a deal infront of me he knew was best for my situation. My father and I went to Jeff Wyler to check out the television ad that he had seen on TV about the Cadillac ATS. I was looking for a new car because my Nissan Rogue lease was about to expire. He showed us the featured car and let us take a test drive and he never pressured us at all. John has personality plus! He has a great sense of humor and made both of us feel at ease. John worked out all the details with Selwyn (thanks for doing all of the paperwork!) and Chris (for handling the numbers) and I was able to drive my new Cadillac home that night!
