They have many cars at fake online prices. Once you go to buy it they tell you it's a mistake. I believe they used the old "bait and switch" method with a car they had advertised and that I had confirmed they had that morning with an appointment to get me to the dealership. Low-balled me on my trade in, saying it would be needing front brakes (my Subaru dealer said they weren't necessary yet) and telling me it would cost $2000 to replace them--what?? Now I see my showroom-ready low mileage trade in advertised on their site for $10,000+ more than they gave me for it, and they had originally even offered me less. I had to sit and wait for HOURS (as were other buyers) to close out a cash car deal (no financing) with the financial manager, a deal that didn't close that day because it was coming up in minutes of closing time. They brought me the paperwork the next day (Sunday) to finish it and I still haven't received the signed copies promised in the mail. Sales lady was fine, it was the rest of the dealership that fell very short. I do not recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan. If I had it to do over I certainly would not purchase the car there. More
Our sales person Sam Harvey was very nice And professional. I test drove the cars on Saturday and then came back to buy a car on Monday. The sales managers that write up the offers added a bunch of extra costs that took the price over the original price and also showed the taxes off all the extras not the value of the car. I told them I did not want any of the extras and the sales managers came back with reduced prices on the extras but didn’t take them off the offer. I felt like it was a bait and switch. I also felt like they thought because I was a woman I would be too dumb to notice. It is an unacceptable business practice. I took my car multiple times to get looked at because it was turning off, every time I took it in, I was told it was an "update from Kia" and to call back because none of my lights were on showing an issue. was turning off, every time I took it in, I was told it was an "update from Kia" and to call back because none of my lights were on showing an issue. My car was turning off when I parked it - I took my car to Eastgate Service department and they discovered I needed a new transmission. Service Manager from Fairfield never called me back, nor did they take the time to look over my car and address my issue after multiple visits in. My car is 2021 with 16K. I have not had a car for 4 weeks and no option for a courtesy car on a LEASED vehicle. Service and Customer Service is poor and will tell everyone my personal experience. More

I had a pleasant experience with my salesman Brian. I have been in touch with him for about a week and a half after seeing the car on Cars.com. He answered all of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. The price kept dropping so I decided it was at the right price for me told him I wanted it and secured the loan. Only problem was they did not take down payments. So I flew out the next day and drove the car back home. Over 560 miles so boy did I get familiar with my car. So excited because it was exactly the car that I wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian who was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. I definitely would recommend Wyler if your in the market for a vehicle.. Brice More
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. We were pressured to come in due to limited inventory and despite telling them we had two children 4 and 1 that we were very limited on time. We showed up after explicitly explaining that we needed to make a deal and get out as soon as possible. The advertised price was 3k less than the actual price. Couldn't get a straight answer for anything. It was always just give us a few more minutes. Fadt forward to 4 hrs later after getting the run around we left without even taking our new car with us because we had to get the 1 yr old to a Dr due to a mild concussion caused by one of the finance personnel who did initially apologize as he swiftly returned to his latest deal. My mother calls service about a recall, and they never return her call - she can never speak to anyone. Gets transferred to someone in service and no one ever answers. ALWAYS gets a message that "(name) return her call - she can never speak to anyone. Gets transferred to someone in service and no one ever answers. They've always been dismissive whenever she did get to speak to anyone in the past. She bought her car there new. Not recommended. Too many other Cadillac dealers out there that would like your business, go there. More
