Low pressure sale! Leased a new Mazda 3 for our college aged son. Searched the local dealers on line to purchase a a new Mazda.. Spencer replied and explained Mazda had fabulous lease option ending soon. Explained what we wee looking for and he was thorough and pleasant. Never felt high pressure sale. Have experienced that at JW before. Last thing I was interested in. Told him I would stop in after work to discuss. Played the back and forth game with the hidden manager and came up with a great deal. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted, but they did find it for us. Picked it up the next night. My only complaint is I told Spencer what time I would be there and still took almost 2 hours waiting for the paperwork to be completed. That did irritate me but the guy was sweet. My son is home for a summer internship at a design firm downtown and found out, that company designed all the Interiors for Madza dealers nationwide. That was very cool! More

This definitely was a surprise and something that I won't forget. It was apparent that everyone we interacted with had above customer service skills and were quite knowledgeable and efficient! Spenser walked us through the details of the car and explained everything so that I did not need to dig into my manuals immediately when I got home. He made the process seem so effortless. I realize it takes a lot of talent and a certain type of person to make customers feel at ease. Thank you Spenser! If I know of anyone that needs a car, they will be directed to you and this dealership. I can't imagine getting better service! More

Her customer orientation is absolute, and she will bend over backwards to get the best deals. She is sensitive to customer needs. Not only does she have a great all around knowledge about cars and can provide honest accurate comparisons among different makes, her background in investment advising and finance were helpful as well in our situations. The new "soul-red" CX-5 is the most beautiful car with a tremendous amount of science and research behind the color composition that just pulls you in. Of the cars in our family that we have insured...Mazda, Honda, Ford and VW...the Mazda is the least expensive to insure. Amy helped me to pick out the color and even patiently reworked paperwork to ensure my wife and I were both on the title. She is the best car sales person I have ever encountered, and she has top notch support from her perceptive boss Eric Reardon...and a great thanks to Robert Felts for his work on the loan and title paperwork.
