Good sales department, horrible service dept. I have bought 2 new Wranglers in the past couple years with a good sale experience but the two service (warranty) experiences had been horrible. Trans I have bought 2 new Wranglers in the past couple years with a good sale experience but the two service (warranty) experiences had been horrible. Transmission problem with Sahara took a year to get fixed. Seals on Sport leaking water in inside. Axles seal leaking but they would not fix because it didn't drip on ground. Axle housing was soaked with fluid. Seals for top; I was told it was my fault because I put it back on wrong. I've never had the top off, it is a work vehicle. Tech treated me like a liar. Service Manager, Dave King will NOT call you back. And is very unprofessional in person. Horrible service department. His boss will not call you back either. Once you buy a car, you are on your own. Won't buy here again. I have spent $100k on cars here and won't be back. More

Great Experience! I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler! Awesome Experience! I travel a lot for business and was in the market to trade in our Pathfinder for another new one, I was able to complete all most all the transaction I travel a lot for business and was in the market to trade in our Pathfinder for another new one, I was able to complete all most all the transaction over the phone and or in text messaging yes I said text messaging. I was in a technical meeting that I could not break out of and Aaron continued working on our deal over text. No matter what the obstacle was he figured out a solution that was both efficient and economical. We I was able to come in the next day to complete the paper work it was there waiting for me to sign and I was in and out in about an hour. I have never bought a new car with less hassle! More
