I was trading my CX-9 for something smaller and I knew I wanted ano I am a widow and was so stressed about buying a car and being taken advantage of. I was trading my CX-9 for something smaller and I knew I wanted another Mazda. Tracii was a good listener and understood my financial situation. He worked hard to get me in a car and I appreciated his kind manner but mostly I appreciated that he did not do a hard sell with me and really just worked to meet my needs. The process is daunting and the "OZ" man behind the curtain that puts the finance package together made me feel uncomfortable. I think in the end it just ends up being the same number just shuffled a different way. I believe in buying local and supporting businesses close to my home and have had wonderful service with Jeff Wyler. Again, as far as my interactions with Tracii they have been outstanding. He even responded to a phone call from me on a Sunday and is working to resolve a money issue with the sale. I would recommend Jeff Wyler, Tracii for sure, and Mazda service to all of my friends. Just my opinion! Food for thought, the department that cleans up the new vehicles needs some work! They really need to take more pride in their work! Especially since we took the time to run it through the auto car wash and wipe it down ourselves while waiting on the other truck. Also, just my opinion. Also, considering the fact we purchased 2 new vehicles, I don't understand why the second vehicle didn't have the "Super Polysteel"? I don't remember the reason for this being omitted. Would have preferred it, not sure what happened? Also the free oil changes, that used to be offered, was a way for y'all to show appreciation for a customer purchase, just my opinion! Rob is a very good salesman and I believe he did a good job taking care of us! All of those who helped us purchase our 2 vehicles did a good job making sure everything went smoothly. All standard service and maintenance was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Mike Browne did a great job in checking on the status of the service and called me when the service was completed. He also paid attention to using the coupons I brought by using all of the ones that would apply to this particular maintenance service, which saved me quite a bit of money. My husband and I always look for Mike Browne when it comes to servicing our vehicles. We have been dealing with Mike for many years because he always has our best interests in mind.
