On July 9th 2022, my husband, my step-son and I went to Jeff Wyler Kia Eastgate to look at purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. My husband and I are expecting Twins and we need a larger vehicle to be able to f Jeff Wyler Kia Eastgate to look at purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. My husband and I are expecting Twins and we need a larger vehicle to be able to fit our whole family. Telluride’s are very hard to come by and we were so excited to see that Wyler in Eastgate had one in the exact color that I wanted, that was delivered the night before. After test driving the vehicle, my husband and I decided to purchase the vehicle and Raed was our sales consultant. While filling out our paperwork, Raed reviewed with us what options we could choose to come with the vehicle and which options we did not have a choice in. We were told that the Car Theft Protection was a required package to purchase and that the appearance protection was also required. We were disappointed to hear this, because again we are expecting twins and money is tight. While in with the finance guy, he wanted us to sign a document stating that we were signing up for the car theft protection and appearance protection. Why would we need to sign accepting a product that was required? The finance guy called in Raed, the sales person, and we asked him why we needed to sign that form if it was a requirement. His answer that we just needed to, and it is a requirement to purchase the vehicle. Still uneasy about this, we let the finance guy know that something wasn’t right. The finance guy calls in the manager, Kelly King, and Kelly proceeds to get into a verbal argument with my husband stating that we signed that original form with the sales person accepting those packages. My husband kept telling him that we were told that they were required by Raed. Kelly calls Raed back into the office and asks if Raed had told us that, and Raed admitted that he had. Kelly’s tune changed and he eventually apologized. It was such a traumatic experience for me, and the verbal arguments were unnecessary. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Wyler and I will tell all of my family members and friends to stay away from them as well. They are deceptive and take advantage of their customers. To make matters worse, they are still having Raed trying to call and text me to check in with how I like my vehicle. I do not want to speak to that monster. He knew that I was expecting and that I work two jobs because money is tight and he still lied to us and tried to take advantage of us. More

Call Travis with a question before returning. Said he would ask manager and call back….. 4 hours later still no call. Text him, no response. Should have listen to everyone when they said no to deal with anyone at the Chevy part of Jeff Wyler. So sad. More
Dealer told me they were getting mopar parts for my Jeep but got Dorman parts from Autozone and marked them up 3 times their cost. Replaced parts that didn’t need replaced and that caused my bill to double but got Dorman parts from Autozone and marked them up 3 times their cost. Kim Kennedy was the best - I had some of the required 15K mile service done while I waited and she was extremely helpful and informative, and even fixed the incorrect info on my invoice, finally! Of course, they had much more expensive vans they would be glad to show me - classic bait and switch! Their sales manager told me it was common practice to advertise vehicles BEFORE they were inspected! When I told him that was really bad customer relations, he simply said, that wasn't going to change. Walked out and won't ever go back. More
