Was very pleased that the service went quickly this time. I'm not sure what changed but I went in for an oil change and it only took about 40 minutes. Was very happy. Going the extra step to resolve an issue. I bought my preowned 2012 Dodge Ram in July '17. About 3 weeks later as I was installing my nerf bars I noticed that the passenger side CV boot was to I bought my preowned 2012 Dodge Ram in July '17. About 3 weeks later as I was installing my nerf bars I noticed that the passenger side CV boot was torn and leaking grease. I went back to Jeff Wyler to talk to someone about it and what if any help they could give. I met Tim Holbrook and explained the situation to him and asked if there was a way that I could have the CV boot replaced. I've had the truck for 3 weeks now and I wasn't sure how this was going to go down. Tim asked me to give him a few minutes so he could talk to his boss. He returned and said they would fix it and I would just have to drop it off on Friday morning. The following Monday I picked my truck up. Tim informed that they went ahead and replaced that axel which had a new CV boot already on it. He said it was the right thing to do in a situation like that. It's been a few days since I picked my truck up and I'm still surprised by their actions of doing the right thing and going the extra step. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle and I highly recommend Tim and Jeff Wyler. More
