So, Faiz showed me multiple variations in the Rogue line and I was amazed at the lineup. I ended up getting a beautiful glacier white Rogue Sport Premium with a light tan leather interior! I love it! Sold a brand new wrecked car Bought a brand new 2016 Altima in August 2016. Front driver's door started to make a squeaking noise at 1400 miles. Reported problem by email and no Bought a brand new 2016 Altima in August 2016. Front driver's door started to make a squeaking noise at 1400 miles. Reported problem by email and no response. Reported on first oil change and I was told it's my problem. Had the windshield changed at 2000 miles due to storm damage. Was informed that the windshield has an after market window with aftermarket sealant applied. Dealership still has not owned the damages. Do not buy from here. More

Very unhappy I went to JW Eastgate on July 3,2017 to purchase 2 vehicles, a 2015 Chevy Equinox And a older Camaro, both seen on website. Upon arrival we seen the I went to JW Eastgate on July 3,2017 to purchase 2 vehicles, a 2015 Chevy Equinox And a older Camaro, both seen on website. Upon arrival we seen the Camaro parked up front but the Equinox was being used by and employee. We test drove the Camaro and my husband wanted it. The salesman showed us a 2015 Kia sportage, I tested drove it. Other than the color I liked it. I said ok we want the Camaro and the Kia. Of course they didn't want to sell only the Camaro it only cost $5000. So ran our credit to purchase the $15000 Kia. After a few hours they kept pressuring me to sign for the Kia, I told them I wasn't taking the Kia without the Camaro. After being assured that we would get the Camaro also I went in and did the paper work for the KIA. Long story short. We drove home the Kia and no Camaro. They ran our credit so many times that it lowered our credit scores. Very unhappy with my experience and my husband not getting his Camaro. We signed for one bank and after over 30 days we still didn't receive info on payments or anything, Calling the finance person at JW Eastgate, he said Oh yeah I had to go through someone else so you have to came back in and sign the papers all over again. This was August 9th. So went back twice to get a new bank and new 45 day tag, (which the wrong type of vehicle was written on tag.) It is now Sept 21,2017, my second 45 day tags expire on the 25th and I still don't have the necessary paperwork to get my tags. I have tried to call and have sent several emails. This is not a good company and the people are phony and very underhanded. More

Matt Niece was the sales rep who worked with us and he was outstanding. Matt helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for after other Nissan dealers could not and told us it was unavailable. He was very easy to work with and did everything possible to make sure we were fully satisfied including ensuring that all the packages and accessories we wanted were provided. Matt has a great demeanor and is very customer focused, a true sale professional. We would highly recommend working with Matt and the entire sales, parts and service team at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan. We will definitely return the next time we are in the market. More

It was a busy & hectic Friday and he was on his feet the whole time we were there but he made sure to check in from time to time to let us know where we were. We were able to get into a vehicle very similar to what we were looking for and at a payment that works well with our budget!
