Shadiest Dealer In Town These guys are the sleaziest dealership I've ever dealt with. They were constantly trying to sneak things by me like changing the agreed upon price, l These guys are the sleaziest dealership I've ever dealt with. They were constantly trying to sneak things by me like changing the agreed upon price, lying about loan interest rate, "forgetting" to fill the tank on the car as negotiated, sneaking in fees that I already declined, etc. I do not recommend shopping here. Like most people I had already heard how bad Jeff Wyler dealerships are but they had the car I wanted and no-one else did.. I caught on to most of their xx but did miss a $200 fee they slipped in at the very last minute. These guys remind me of magicians the way they manipulate and trick you. Even if you're good at not being manipulated, at the end of the day, they're professional manipulators and there's a good chance they'll get you on something. Even an experienced car buyer like myself is taking a risk by dealing with them. More

Excellent service department I was passing through town and needed an oil change, 99% of the dealerships that I have been to try and put me off for several years days because they I was passing through town and needed an oil change, 99% of the dealerships that I have been to try and put me off for several years days because they don't want to work on the promaster diesel... Not even an oil change. So I pull in ask for an oil change.. the advisor says no problem. In less than an hour I'm back on the road. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and pleasant. I will be back. More

No follow up Purchased a jeep at the location in Eastgate ( salesperson- Nick). They delivered it DAMAGED! Has not taken any responsibility for it ( broken windshield). Manager Brandon said he would ’ make good on it’ by compensating for damage in another way because he didnt want to go through insurance. ?? STILL have received nothing! All talk, no follow through! Never have received such poor customer service pertaining to a vehicle purchase. Would love a call from Mr Wyler. Talk to Nick and Brandon— they can tell you which unsatisfied customer this is. Terrible dealership!! More

Christian Brumett shows that he love his job by taking time to listen to a very frustrating lady having car issues and wanting to have something dependable to get from work and travel when needed. After listening to my car issues he begin to work on getting me into something that i wanted. Not only did I go home with a smile 😊 but a very satisfied customer. That will send all family and friends in need of a vehicle to Jeff Wyler to see Christian Brumett. He was truly amazing working on my issues and he was able to allow me to leave with a dependable vehicle to drive.
