Everything was explained to me along with a video showing the work. When I asked them if it was possible to add another job they were more than willing to help me out and still have the car ready when promised.. I got to the dealer a bit early to pick up my car and when Jeff saw me outside he came right out and told me I didn’t wait outside.. He told me Kim said you would be coming early, Everyone I dealt with was friendly, sincere, and helpful. It is because of this outstanding team that I will return and recommend them to others. I had a very bad experience at this dealership. Called me several times by several different people to make sure I was coming in.
