I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I called about a car I saw on there website to see if it was available and could be test drove they said yes and set up and appointment I informed them that I about a car I saw on there website to see if it was available and could be test drove they said yes and set up and appointment I informed them that I was coming from an hour away and they said that it was fine and they would have the car waiting for me so I drove an hour and get there to find out they just sold the car. After speaking with a sales person who was very nice and understood my frustration, he wanted to get the manager to make him aware of the situation and the manager refused to talk to me and said to tell me that there was more than just my appointment on the car and it’s there job to sell! The manager was very unprofessional and a simple apology could had been said. I would’ve been okay with the situation had I been informed that there was someone else coming to look at the car or been called to be informed that someone was buying it. More
I had a bad experience after the sale. I felt very misled during the process. However, after much conversation that didn't lead anywhere Steve Swaynie stepped in and handled the situation I felt very misled during the process. He listened to what I had to say and was able to turn an ugly situation into a positive experience. I adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars solely based on how Steve helped. I feel only going to 3 because if he didn't step in, I'm not sure it would have changed with the other people involved. I hope management sees the example he set, otherwise they would have kept the 1 rating and lost any future business from me and anyone I could tell. Great job Steve! More

She was knowledgeable, friendly, had a great sense of humor. She came across as someone who really loved her job and would do anything to help you out. The service department was great. Everything was explained to me along with a video showing the work. When I asked them if it was possible to add another job they were more than willing to help me out and still have the car ready when promised.. I got to the dealer a bit early to pick up my car and when Jeff saw me outside he came right out and told me I didn’t wait outside.. He told me Kim said you would be coming early, Everyone I dealt with was friendly, sincere, and helpful. It is because of this outstanding team that I will return and recommend them to others. I had a very bad experience at this dealership. Called me several times by several different people to make sure I was coming in. BOUGHT A JEEP IN MAY HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR AN OIL LEAK TWO DAYS LATER TO THERE CREDIT THE FIXED THAT. I HAVE AN AXLE LEAK NOW AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THERE WORTHLESS ASSURANCE WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS 6000 MI TWO DAYS LATER TO THERE CREDIT THE FIXED THAT. I HAVE AN AXLE LEAK NOW AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THERE WORTHLESS ASSURANCE WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS 6000 MILES OF COURSE THIS IS NOT COVERED AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 935 DOLLARS TO FIX. Sold us a Durango that ultimately had a defect in the transfer case switch that caused the SUV to drop into low gear without warning. It could have killed us if it occurred on the highway. We took it to be repaired and they said it could not be fixed. That’s it. No further service. No offer to help. I wouldn’t buy anything from Jeff Wyler or trust him or Dodge in the future. It should have been a recall item. Dodge knew it. I believe Wyler knew it and we weren’t even warned about the danger to us or our family. More
