Jeff lier Eastgate I am done with the liers here,1st I went in to get my daughter a car at 10 am didn't leave till 830pm! 2nd followed her home just to find out she had I am done with the liers here,1st I went in to get my daughter a car at 10 am didn't leave till 830pm! 2nd followed her home just to find out she had a tail light out and headlight out, after I sat there for hours because they were inspecting the car, then they wanted to argue as if we did something wrong,a week later we get a email saying there are 4 recalls on this 2013 hyandi that we were never informed of prior to buying this car.now they want us to sign a realease? And it clearly states if you have already signed a contract Don't sign it!!! Today I went in but refused to sign paper until I go into hyandi in Cincinnati. not one of The 4 recalls were taken care of since 2014 which maybe to late for repairs... this one might require a lawyer! More

Awesome Low Pressure Buying Experience! We are so thrilled with not only our purchase (Kia Sedona) at Jeff Wyler, but also the buying experience facilitated by Josh. We felt like he was on We are so thrilled with not only our purchase (Kia Sedona) at Jeff Wyler, but also the buying experience facilitated by Josh. We felt like he was on our side and made a sale that was fair to everyone. We made an appointment prior to arrival and when we got to the dealership, had a minor wait prior to seeing the van and taking it for a test drive. Josh gave us his time and attention even though he was working with multiple customers when we first arrived. Josh was patient with us as we test drove and gave us some time to discuss the van before checking in on us again, which was helpful. We were comparing a similar car at another dealer and had made a call to clarify a spec, and Josh was patient with us as we explained and waited for a call back. He also explained that he would have handled the question differently if he was on the other end and would have immediately sent a video and pictures, and it took the other dealer over 30 minutes to return the call and it was tough to get the other place to send pics. We appreciated Josh’s patience, understanding, and positive attitude. As we proceeded with the buying process, our trade was appraised and he worked for and with us as we negotiated the sale. The store was busy and it took a while to get with financing and finish the sale, but Josh was patient and made sure to get us through finance too. The van needed to be certified the next day and was delivered to our home in excellent condition and the driver took our trade from there, which eliminated the need to return to the dealership and was so convenient for us. The buying process was better than anticipated, and we would enthusiastically recommend anyone to visit Josh at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Megastore for a low pressure buying experience for any vehicle. We hope to purchase again soon with Josh! We LOVE our new purchase and are looking forward to bringing our baby home in our Kia! Thanks, Josh! More

Wonderful Service I had to take my Mazda6 in for a recall. I pulled my car in and Ashley came out and checked it in, took my info and off I went. Service department has improved 100% , thank Bill Lykins I had been having brake problems with my 2016 suburban, I had been telling them everytime I took my vehicle in for service, and it was getting worse. I had been having brake problems with my 2016 suburban, I had been telling them everytime I took my vehicle in for service, and it was getting worse. The problem was happening when I would be parking, low speed, it would keep rolling when I stepped on the brakes, you had to step down hard and it would finally stop. I just couldn’t have this anymore something had to be done. I was starting to feel unsafe in this vehicle. Very disappointed with service for not getting this problem taking care sooner. More
