Fortunately the service dept continued to remind me until I brought it in. It took less time than they projected and I was back on the road before rush hour traffic. Wyler isn't the closest dealership to me but it is worth the drive to get the excellent and courteous service they provide. Im already thinking about my next lease and look forward to working with Keith Beach again! More

Total Customer Service - One Stop Shop and Support Auto Mall I heard an old phrase that I would like to tag this dealership with because it is the people who make an organization. “There is no place like this pl I heard an old phrase that I would like to tag this dealership with because it is the people who make an organization. “There is no place like this place anywhere near this place - This is the Place!!!!!!”. My wife and I have been purchasing multiple vehicles as a family since 1993. Our first purchase off the showroom floor was a Red Chevrolet 1500 conversion Century with great paint graphics. We were looking at an SUV / Crossover and became attached to the 2018 Traverse Premier Redline Edition with the Silver Ice Metallic paint accented with luxury metallic black trim and glossy powder coated 20” wheels. I was using my 2014 Silverado 1500 Sport Crewcab short bed with 70,000 miles that we purchased from Jeff Wyler in Sep 2014 as trade.. The journey began June 12, 2018 and closed the deal on July 5, 2018. This was a big decision to give up my Silverado (a great truck) and I always have high expectations when purchasing a vehicle. I bought the Silverado with the great support of Keith Beach and another associate who now works else where in Cincinnati. Keith Beach was my primary person in this 2018 Traverse and his superb support is an understatement. A Mr. Tim Crenshaw was my alternate support and a fine young man. Every person I encountered in the sales floor when Keith was out was eager to support me with a Fantastic Team Effort concept. From trade to numbers to delivery Keith was there and provided answer coordination support even when not on Dealership property. Casey, a sales manger, and Keith Beach brought the deal to my expectation with no regrets saying goodbye to the Silverado. When it came to making an additional purchase in parts accessories, Joel Shepherd, parts manager and his team associate, Anthony provided equal support beyond my expectations. When it came time for delivery Mike Bree in signing papers was extremely supportive in making sure customer satisfaction was on top. As I move to the service department, Rodney Hodges, service advisory has been at dearship for many years and he never waivers in top customer support and friendliness. The management support of Rodney Gray has also for years brought satisfaction in customer care and knowledge. He can bring great support because of the great team that works on the vehicles. I don’t take my compliments likely, and if others disagree with me, that is okay, but customers need to be good listeners too and remember we are human and live daily with error factors.. In the last 25 years we have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership. When you establish relationships, make them work. They make it all work. More
Bait and Switch Still Alive!!! I have done business with this dealership in the past with good experiences and bad, however this has to be the worst experience to date. My wife and I went in curious after receiving a entry mailer sent to my home about deals at their dealership. I was already pretty happy with my vehicle but wanted to see if there was possibly another vehicle we would want to replace one of our with at the dealership. After arriving at the dealership, we were quickly greeted by Mark (a salesman from out of state that was called in for the sales event at the used superstore dealership). We told him our current situation with no lates on two current auto loans we had and a 6 months current recent home purchase mortgage and that we were mostly just interested in browsing around the lot. We told him if we found something we wanted to take a closer look at (prices etc.) we would let him know. Well we found a couple cars we really liked but there was only one we wanted. We advised that salesman we had a 'pre-qual' letter from capital one and was merely interested in using that if possible and that if it didn't work we would talk about what we wanted to do (I.E walk away run our credit with other potential lenders etc). Well after test driving said vehicle (2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus "Pearlescent White") we came back to the news that Capital One prequal wasn't going to work. He then proceeded to tell us that if he could get us approved, we would face in worse case scenario a $998/mo car payment (48 months 25% financing). For a used car?!?!? No friggin' way! So we told him no dice and I did research on this vehicle and saw it on Adessa Auto Auctions sold for $18,000 to Jeff Wyler Group and it was a 2015 Challenger with 2500 miles on it. It was a V6. We saw online several new challengers as R/T and above going for $30,000 and lower and yet he wanted to sell this one with an expired B2B warranty at $35k? Ridiculous. He also was low balling our offer at $17.5k (also a 2015 Challenger same engine with 33k miles on it). We told him had to do ALOT better than that or we were walking. He came back 15 minutes later telling us at 7pm he would need to call us back the next day by NLT noon (which would have been a Saturday) to work on the details. Saturday came and went with no phone calls. We called the dealership asking for him at 4pm only to be sent to a different salesman named Mark whom told us he would do what he could to get to the bottom of the issues , "get the sour taste out of our mouths" and call us back by 730pm. Well you can guess what happened. NO one called us back that day. Next day was Sunday so we had not heard a thing since they were closed. Monday, we call back around 230pm and I am told when asking for the 2nd Mark that he was busy with another customer and I then demanded to speak with the manager. I was forwarded to "the finance manager" as sales managers were "too busy" to take my call or help. He advised me that the issues I have had were ridiculous, unacceptable and promised me that he would have this all fixed and make me a happy customer. He also told me I would be called ASAP that day. Today it's Tuesday and almost 3pm and NO ONE has called me. I see my credit was run through the wringer and with no answers, no solutions but my score dropped 10 points from the inquiries placed on my credit report with no sale to complete. I have NO lates on my credit report, make $65,076 tax free income yearly as a disabled veteran, a great DTI including home mortgage and yet no one views my time valuable as a customer. I feel lied to, ignored and most of all utterly disregarded. I am not one of those people that feel entitled in any way for my military service but as a customer and as one whom is a veteran, I feel like I was NOT valued as a customer at all and feel completely disrespected as such. If this is how you treat your customers, then I wonder how this business is even "a reputable one" with cases like this occurring. Just sad! ******UPDATE****** Went in today after speaking with management after confirming vehicle was still on the lot 15 minutes prior to my arrival with no current sale pending. When I arrived, I asked for the manager I was talking with only to be told the vehicle was advertised at $30,000 on the site and yet was able to prove not even 15 minutes sooner the vehicle was listed online at $25,953. After a salesman went back into the finance office to advise them what I had proof of (photo on phone), they then returned back to tell me the vehicle was just "sold". Utter horse manure! No sold sticker on vehicle in lot and wasn't taken back for detailing as people were actively looking at the vehicle with salesmen looking with them at it. They obviously have NO INTENTION on making things right by me the consumer and are clearly a credit running farm designed to get people by the typical bait and switch business and spot delivery. STAY AWAY! More
