Terrible service, terrible prices, Tim Holbrook Saw a car that was over 1.5 hours from me and thought I'd have them ship it to a closer location. I talked to 3 different people over this. 1st lady from the said to call the dealership near me to check to see if it was being looked at by anyone else. Dealer near me said he would check and get back to me. He didn't. I called back and got someone different, he said he would check and call me back. He didn't. When I called him back, he couldn't do it because the cars hasn't been at the other dealership for over 30days. Both of these conversations required me to call back multiple times because no one would call be back even after hours of waiting. Finally When I got the information that they wouldn't transport it to me I decided to drive the 140+miles to see the car. When I got there I waited for over 30 minutes just to see the car. Then the salesman handed me over to a different salesman. Tim Holbrook, he is possibly the worst salesman I have ever met and he was supposed to be their best. He was immediately rude to me and asked me multiple times why I didn't bring my trade in. I told him that I didn't bring it in because of how long the drive is. His lack of customer service and flexibility astounded me. A 10k car became nearly 17k. Despite the dealership saying that they are a no haggle dealership because they are fair in their prices I had to haggle just to get a reasonable price. I was charged above Blue book price as well as the cost the dealership paid to get the car running. That's like charging 400$ for a 300$ phone because you had to spend 100 to fix it. Tim made it very clear that his main concern was to make himself money on selling other things with the car(gap insurance and a warranty). He did not even attempt to pretend that he was trying to assist me in getting myself a new car. Between each interaction there was a 30 minute or longer wait. i got there at 8pm and was there till 11:30pm. most of the time I was there was just waiting. I was given a hard time about shipping the car because it would cost him money and I was told that since I came to the dealership that they wouldn't ship it anymore. I just wanted to get the car shipped near me, test it, and buy it at a reasonable price. Tim made sure none of that would happen. He was so forceful and rude about each and everything, even when I called him out asking why he was being so unpleasant to me he threw it back on me for trying to take away him making money. Also the car stereo immediately stopped working as soon as I got in the car after buying it. More
I brought my Chevy sonic in for maintenance. Maintenance was done efficiently and quickly. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Phenomenal Service I was hesitant on trying to trade in both my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2011 Ford F150. I have tried two different times. Once in Clarksville, TN at I was hesitant on trying to trade in both my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2011 Ford F150. I have tried two different times. Once in Clarksville, TN at Gary Matthews and again in Troy, OH at the GMC dealer on 25A. Both times, I was told that I owe too much and that I needed to wait until I had both vehicles paid off. So, I went into Jeff Wyler for a safety recall on my Jeep this week Thursday the 9th of August and I see Jason Gains. I asked him if he could run some numbers and maybe I could get a good price on trading them in. WOW, simply, WOW, he came back with two great numbers and the process started. I was amazed at how much he knew with only being their for two weeks. He handled the paperwork, the test drives of two Jeeps (test drives are great) and as well as all the paperwork for the signing of the new jeep. He even called my insurance agent and got the information already for me after I got off work today. The service that I received was AWESOME! I drove home with my new 2018 Red Jeep Wrangler in just two days. I forgot to mention that Jason drove all the way up two hours to get my jeep from another dealer and drove back. Did I mention today was his day off? Well it was, and he still worked all day just to get me into my Jeep. I don’t know if you give raises in just two weeks of working there, but Jason deserves it. He is a great salesman and knows how to talk to customers. He said that he used to work in a nursing home. Those patients must have loved him. Thank you, Jason, for helping me have a great and smooth time buying my first new vehicle. Yes, my first at the age of 46, this jeep is MY first (no spouse to drive it). More
The man at the counter was very polite. I asked for my car to be washed, and I am not sure that was done.
