No one from the service department came to get me. It was the car sale's man (Keith) that alerted me that my car was parked outside. When I informed the service manager he didn't know my car was outside. The service clerk couldn't find my keys. Finally after searching in her file cabinet, she found my keys. I will be very concern about returning to your dealership to have any work done on my car. More

Recall and 30,000 service The only reason we come to Jeff Wyler is Jason Moore in Service. We had him check out a used Jeep we were thinking of purchasing and boy was that the The only reason we come to Jeff Wyler is Jason Moore in Service. We had him check out a used Jeep we were thinking of purchasing and boy was that the best $207 we’ve ever spent. Jason took the time to show us why it was a bad buy. Six months later, we found a similar model in Louisville and brought it to Jason who really gave it a great servicing, explained it all, and tried to save us a little money. This is the best service manager we have ever met - we’ve had Audi’s and Toyota’s -and we hope you know that and treat him well because a knowledgeable, caring, patient employee like this is a real asset and return customer draw to your business. He did not however, try to pressure me into having those services performed, but instead worked up several quotes for me to budget the services into future work on my vehicle and still be budget friendly. Horrible sales and customer service The Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet dealership is easily the worst dealership I have ever done business with hands down. Between the horrible sales tea The Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet dealership is easily the worst dealership I have ever done business with hands down. Between the horrible sales team, the bait and switch, outright lies, and the lack of any customer service it's all pretty horrible. My son leased his first car (Cruze LS) from them and instead of getting the advertised lease he got screwed with a $300+ monthly lease! Promised free oil change vouchers (that were never given to him). At the end of the lease they painted him into a corner almost forcing him to lease another car from them or face ridiculous penalties. Again screwed with a $295 monthly lease even though he was a returning customer. They told him he will get a great deal. When the second cars lease was up they couldn't even take the time to deal with him. Multiple times he tried to turn the car in and every time there were excuses like "That guy is in a meeting" and "He's not in today". Evidently there is only 1 "guy" to deal with leases even though at 9:00 am there are a dozen people in the showroom floor drinking coffee and talking. DO NOT LEASE OR BUY FROM THIS DEALER. You will be sorry. More
Bad Cadillac ! I shopped Jeff Wyler Used Car Sales in Eastgate, Ohio. I spotted a 2015 Cadillac XTS4W, on their used car lot. I am a disabled veteran and trusted tha I shopped Jeff Wyler Used Car Sales in Eastgate, Ohio. I spotted a 2015 Cadillac XTS4W, on their used car lot. I am a disabled veteran and trusted that I would get a fair deal from Jeff Wyler. We sat down to finish the deal and when we got payments within our range we signed the purchase agreement in July 2018 for $34,000.00. By October we were having a routine oil change. Now, we had noticed that the Cadillac did not take pot holes smoothly and the ride seemed rough. The oil change mechanic stated we had a bad air shock on the rear passenger side and he said it had been bad for quite sometime. Then in October, the ride was so bad we took the car to our mechanic to repair air shock. To change one you have to change both rear air shocks, total cost $1600.00 So with that fixed we expected a smooth ride, but then we started hearing popping noises in the front. So on January 9, 2019 we once again took it to our mechanic, the struts were bad. Another $1800.00 cost. The whole time we are paying the monthly cost of the car. So within 6 months we are out $3400.00. I contacted the dealership several times and got follow-up call the first time, the gentleman said he would have the used car sales call us back; never happened. The second time I called and left a message with used car sales. Now 4 days later, still no return call! I am overtly frustrated and very unhappy with Jeff Wyler's service and his sales. This definitely has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never refer any of my associates. BAD, BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
